Employees and organizations work in partnership and are the complement of each other. The knowledge that employees possess is of course an intangible asset. The medical industry is a highly human- and knowledge-intensive industry, and it is vital to become a learning organization. In recent years, the medical industry changes the information application model, actively promotes information efficiency of medical care and nursing, and invests the resources to develop the information management in response to the external environment change and the knowledge management demand. This study uses the Information Systems Success Model (ISSM) and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to explore the factors of using knowledge management system for users of different categories and seniority in medical institutions, The results show that:1.In respect of the use behavior, cognitive usability, cognitive usefulness, and overall satisfaction of the knowledge management systems, there is no significant differences between two categories users. However, there is significant differences among seniorities.2.Respondents to the knowledge management system factors, showing between ordinary to satisfactory. It reveals that there is the need to strengthen the system from the user's point of view.
