護理標準作業文件是護理人員執行護理工作的準則，若未能正確依照護理標準作業文件執行，不僅無法提升護理品質，更會危害病人安全，在翻轉教室思潮的影響下，本研究以結合網路平台LINE及KM知識管理系統設立群組，安排課程表，由每次專題主講者發起討論，以翻轉教學模式鼓勵到職一年內之新進護理人員思辨能力以提升執行護理標準作業文件認知率。因此本研究之目的為探討1.手術室新進護理人員對護理標準作業文件查詢參閱使用率；2.介入翻轉教學模式前後手術室新進護理人員對護理標準作業文件之認知率之成效探究。自2016年8月至2016年12月期間針對中部某醫學中心手術室護理人員進行問卷調查，研究期間發出問卷31份，回收31份(回收率100％)。結果發現進行翻轉教學介入措施，針對前後測問卷數據進行獨立t檢定，結果二者的p值均無統計顯著性，然而，值得注意的是二者在各項問題上標準差的變化情況。問題2.臨床上遇到疑問會上KM找尋答案？問題9.經常利用下班時間學習SOP知識？問題10.我是一個能自動自發自我學習的人？等三個問題的標準差具統計顯著性差異，其中問題2和問題9其後測分數大於前測，由此可知藉由翻轉教學計畫介入護理人員對標準作業文件的認知及學習態度有明顯的看法改變。然而護理臨床工作所要學習的作業流程繁多，並非藉由一次導讀計畫即可一蹴可及，因此建議進行相關研究應延長介入措施執行時間，才能使參與研究的同仁得到足夠的訓練，進而提升對護理標準作業文件的認知率與一致性，進而維護提升護理品質。 The Nursing Standard Operating Document SOP is the guideline for nursing staff to perform nursing work.
