Abstract: | 過去,巨大公共建築為都市的門戶象徵,為符合大量需求而消耗都市龐大的建築面積;數位化時代,原有的銀行漸漸被沒有店舖的ATM所侵蝕,24小時便利商店則成為市政府的延伸,這些都不是大的建築或設施,大型公共複合性建築在都市中逐漸被消去,利用許許多多小而「分散」的微型「介面設施」構成網路系統,來滿足複雜的都市機能和生活型態成為未來社會的趨勢。台中市綠園道系統於日據時期規劃,原為完整的公園綠帶空間,希望在都市過份擴張的同時仍保有足夠的綠地以成為都市之肺;國立台灣美術館園區位於綠園道的中心樞紐位置,卻因市中心土地不敷使用而逐一移作其他大型公共建築用途:分別是國立台灣美術館、台中市立文化中心和向上國中,將這個綠園道上最大的公園碎化。基地範圍涵括國美館區、台中市文化中心館區以及連結兩個館區的經國園道街廓,排除國美館第二次整建的基地範圍之後則為論文設計的基地。國美館空間巨大且封閉,不易與民眾做接觸,過大過長的空間及動線使看展過程容易疲累是戶外美術公園人群不願意進入的主因,再者台中市文化中心緊鄰國美館,互通的動線卻僅止於美術公園的廁所,且機能上與國美館多有重疊,實際上幾已成為鄰近社區的活動中心,所以在設計中予以消去;藉由在基地上觀察的「 介面 」概念:人與美術、人與水、人與自然,以八種設計操作手法結合基地上的八組事件,用最微小的動作展開美術公園事件,設計美術事件地景。 In order to conform to the massive demands and to consume the metropolis enormous floor space, huge public building is the gateway’s symbol of cities in the past centuries. In the digital age, original banks were gradually replaced by Automatic Teller Machine gradually; moreover, convenient stores which operate 24-hours are the extensions of the city government. These all are not huge buildings or facilities. The large-scale public compound constructions are eliminated in the cities progressively. Instead, numbers of small but “dispersive” miniatures which are called “surface facilities” construct a network system for satisfying complex cities’ function and becoming tendency in future societies.Green Park Road system in Taichung was organized during the period of colonization of Japan. It was actually a green space complete for public garden. It is the hope that there is still enough green space for the city’s lung when city expands too much at the same time. National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts is located in the center position of Green Park Road and has been replaced to be other massive public buildings for lack of land in downtown. They make the largest garden fragmentations in respectively National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, Cultural Affairs Bureau in Taichung City, and Xiang-Shang Junior High School.The base area including National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, Cultural Affairs Bureau and the Jing-Guo Parkway connected these two areas. It is the base operation designed in this paper excluded the second reconstruction base area in National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts. Although the field of National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts is huge, it is inconvenient to the public due to the closed space. To be more specific to this issue, publics will not stay in a huge outdoor arts park and the long lining process makes visitors easily tired. In addition, the only connection of Culture Affairs Bureau which is next to National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts is the toilet in the arts garden. Moreover, Culture Affairs Bureau is overlapping the functions of National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts. It was eliminated from the design because almost became activity center of society actually. According to the observing “interface” concepts on the site, which are: human and arts, human and water, and human and nature. This report will launch arts park event and design arts event landscape with the smallest movement by using eight kinds of designs operations technique united with eight groups of events.This design breaks the seal characteristic that exists in the arts museum. It unites with and “focuses on” fine arts facility and landscape. It would make arts museum become a stop-off and learning park. Depends on the image of “orange” that connect between Jing-Guo Parkway and Art Parkway, the design returns back a complete green space for Taichung City. |
