The rapidly aging society has become a world-wide issue. Many elderly people do not suffer from disease. Although physical function will degenerate with age, in fact natural aging will not affect the ability of daily life. It is generally believed that the degenerative symptoms of the elderly are mostly the integrated manifestations of many elderly diseases. The performance of the disease in the early stages, older people are less able to clearly and actively describe their feelings and needs (Zhang Jiaming, Cai Smart, 2003), Subsequent developments are chronic diseases of advanced age. In this study, we surveyed about 1,000 elderly people at TCVGH’s Center for Geriatrics & Gerontology in Taichung, and analyzed the results of the CGA to understand whether the diseases of the elderly were related to their environment. We hope to find out that the healing factors of the person further enable the elderly to find ways to improve medical care in a hardware environment. The purpose of the study was to identify healing factors for elderly patients and establish the relationship between the barthel index, the Depression Scale, and another medical index in the evaluation of factors and comprehensiveness of TCVGH’s Center for Geriatrics & Gerontology. To prove the positive impact of the healing environment on it. To provide elderly people with the comfort of body and mind, to reduce or delay the occurrence of chronic diseases, and to learn about the care model of senior care teams, the screening for correction of risk factors, and the importance of early prevention of chronic diseases, and provide reference for future clinical care for senior citizens.
