Abstract:	台灣農村社區經過社會、經濟、環境變遷下，在1980年代後農業已經不再是傳統的『以農為本』而是逐漸轉型為『農工商業的農村』，然而現今農村發展中，農民收入低、農藥使用量攀高不降、農村就業人口節節下滑，於經濟、環境與社會面皆呈現困窘，在這樣的變遷下政府開始提倡農村改革，期待農村不僅可滿足農業生產、農村生活及保育生態，並認為，唯有永續利用，農村才能永續發展。鑒於農村的發展是一個長久的演變，所以一項成功的農村改造具備各項重要因素間因果的複雜與時間遞延關係。故本研究目的透過本研究將透過系統動力學，研究農村複雜的現象，人口，環境經濟產值都是互相牽扯相關的因果關係，釐清農村永續經濟、環境、社會重要因素間的因果關係，找出台灣農村的重要結構，並提出農村永續發展的建議。研究發現，台灣農村社區永續發展之關鍵環路包含：(1)永續經濟結構，(2)永續經濟社會平衡結構，(3)永續經濟環境平衡結構。 Under the social, economic and environmental changes of rural community in Taiwan, since the 1980s, agriculture is no longer the traditional agriculture-oriented but has been gradually transformed into the rural area of agriculture, industry and commerce. However, in the current rural development, rural income is low. The usage amount of pesticide keeps high and the working population in the rural area is steadily declining, which is in a difficult position in economic, environmental and social aspects. Under such changes, the government starts to advocate the rural reform and expects that the rural area can meet agricultural production, rural life and conservation ecology. The government also believes that the rural area can make sustainable development only through sustainable use. In view of the fact that the rural development is a long-term evolution, a successful rural transformation has the complicated causal and time deferred relationship among various important factors. Therefore, this research aims at studying the complex phenomenon in the rural area through system dynamics, clarifying the causal relationship among important factors of sustainable economy, environment and society in the rural area and finding out the important structure of the rural area in Taiwan. This paper also puts forward some suggestions for the sustainable development of the rural area. It is found that the critical loop of sustainable development of the rural area in Taiwan includes: (1) sustainable economic structure, (2) sustainable economic and social balance structure, (3) sustainable economic and environmental balance structure.
