摘要:	本研究是以華人商學院EMBA學生參加戈壁挑戰賽後，探討EMBA學生參加戈壁挑戰賽影響因素之研究，在參與練習及比賽中，這些學生是性別、職業、年齡、運動次數、年收入、甚麼樣的及、佔居多，而這些學生會在出現在戈壁挑戰賽共同聚集在一起。本研究以問卷調查方式進行，共回收有效問卷271份，研究結果為參加戈壁挑戰賽的學生其心流程度的強度愈強，其在戈壁挑戰賽的態度愈正面，則參加戈壁挑戰賽的意圖愈高；參加挑戰賽的學生其所涉入程度愈高，其在戈壁挑戰賽的態度表現上愈正面，則參加戈壁挑戰賽的意圖愈高；參加挑戰賽的學生其所親和動機愈高，其在戈壁挑戰賽的態度表現上愈正面，則參加戈壁挑戰賽的意圖愈高；而這些的EMBA學生參加戈壁挑戰賽影響因素愈強所表現出來的態度愈正面的關係，這些選手隊參加戈壁挑戰賽的意圖是愈強烈的關係。關鍵字:心流程度、社會支持、涉入程度、成就動機、親和動機、態度、意圖 This study is based on the study of the influencing factors of EMBA students participating in the Gobi Challenge after the Chinese Business School EMBA students participated in the Gobi Challenge. In the exercises and competitions, these students are gender, occupation, age, number of sports, annual income, and what The blood type and constellation, the majority, and these students will gather together in the Gobi Challenge.The study was conducted by questionnaire survey, and a total of 271 valid questionnaires were collected. The results of the study showed that the students who participated in the Gobi Challenge had a stronger heart rate, and the more positive their attitude in the Gobi Challenge, the intention to participate in the Gobi Challenge. The higher the degree of involvement of the students participating in the challenge, the more positive their attitude in the Gobi Challenge, the higher the intention to participate in the Gobi Challenge; the higher the affinity of the students participating in the Challenge, The more positive the attitude of the Gobi Challenge is, the higher the intention to participate in the Gobi Challenge; the more positive the attitude of these EMBA students in the Gobi Challenge, the more positive the attitude of these players participate in the Gobi The intent of the challenge is the stronger relationship.Keywords: level of heart flow, social support, involvement, achievement motivation, affinity motivation, attitude, intention
