    Abstract: 本研究旨在從精密機械加工之滑塊製造產業來看,以個案余達工業公司為案例。從近年來中部最流行的精密機械產業開始說起,慢慢介紹到線性滑軌,之後再介紹到余達公司的主力產品-滑塊,再從余達公司從無到有的發展過程,進一步分析探討企業成功的原因,並結合豐田生產方式和服務設計用於余達公司改善,並提供對公司優勢競爭力SWOT分析和五力分析,發現其實還有很多工廠需要學習改善的地方,作為一個企業經營者務必綜觀全局,才能在未來競爭的機密機械業生存下來,劣勢若不想方法改進,稍微不甚就可能會倒閉;當然也要利用現有的優勢再創企業的高峰。
    This study is to talk about precision machining- Linear block and go a step future for Yuedar corporation. First, form the beginning to dicuss about precision machining in the middle Taiwan, look into Linear Guideway, then go deep into Linear block ,the main products of Yuedar corporation. Moreover, analysis and discussion how and why the corporation has been success , and taking about Yuedar corporation's history and its perspective. Also, Yuedar combine Toyota Production System (TPS) to improve their company as well. Furthermore, TPS also provide Core Competence and Porter Five Forces Analysis for Yuedar company Thus, not only it can adjust management tactics in time to pursuit existence and develop in the intense competence but also climb their career ladder.
