    Abstract: 本論文以2013年德國政府所提出的工業4.0為藍圖進行機械智慧化的研究,目的在以節省人力,以及節省人力成本為考量,並提升產品的品質所制定的一個目標,而本論文也是在這樣的一個基礎上去進行研究,目的也是在於提升製造生產力,這與德國的工業4.0不謀而合,相互呼應。此篇最主要的目的在於車床的應用上,而車床使用上除了加工時間以外的不外乎還是需要仰賴人力的上下料,或是依賴機械手的上下料,對同一尺寸的工件來說影響不大,但是對於不同尺寸的工件所要耗費的時間就非常的多,我們主要在於不同工件的切換上如何節省時間,能爭取到多少的時間就決定了我們在這產業有多少的競爭力,這是進行機械智慧化很重要探討的一個環節。而此次我們使用巴魯夫的BIP感測器,以及瑞薩的RX64M來設計電路板,並融合了光耦合電路及信號接收電路做搭配。能以最低的成本以及較高的工作效率來完成快速上下料的工作,這在車床領域無非是一個大大的突破。本研究中有二個重要的研究成果如下:1.針對車床的上下料,進行時間上的優化。2.創造一個不管是生手或是熟手在車床上下料都能更便利且簡單的系統。綜觀人類技術史的演進,在這100年來是發展最迅速的時候,我們必須不斷吸收新知識,才不會被這時代的洪流所淘汰。
    This study is based on the idea of industry 4.0 proposed by the German government in 2013. The research on mechanical intelligence is aimed at improving manufacturing productivity, saving labor costs and improving the quality of products. It is also based on such a research, the purpose is also to improve manufacturing productivity, which coincides with German Industry 4.0 and echoes each other.The main purpose of this article is the use of the lathe, and the use of the lathe in addition to the processing time is still dependent on the manpower of the loading and unloading, or relying on the robot loading and unloading, the impact on the same size of the workpiece It's not big, but it takes a lot of time for different sizes of workpieces. We mainly focus on how to save time on the switching of different workpieces. How much time we can save determines how much competitiveness we can did. It is a very important part of mechanical intelligence.When industry 4.0 was discussed. In this study, we used Balluff''s BIP sensor and Renesa's RX64M as the main part of circuit.It can complete the fast loading and unloading the work piece with the lowest cost and high efficiency, which is nothing but a big breakthrough in the field of lathe.There are two important research results in this study as follows:1. Take the history of human technology as a mirrior study technology that is suitable for today.2. To achieve the highest output value by using the limited manpower and mechanical intelligence.Looking at the evolution of the history of human technology, in the 100 years of development is the fastest, we must constantly absorb new knowledge, will not be eliminated by the torrent of this era.
