    Abstract: 近年來,健身運動興起,運動不再是為了減肥瘦身擁有美好的線條。運動的好處除了帶給你健康的身體之外,運動能維持腦內荷爾蒙的平衡,幫助穩定情緒,有效預防、緩解情緒引起的症狀,進而改善生活品質,甚至整個家庭的和諧,(程宜華,2013)。而瑜伽更是大家所推崇的運動之一,瑜伽能雕塑身型、調養身體,對於男女老少可以舒緩緊張不安的情緒,達到內心的平靜,很適合現代人生活節奏快速的社會。而現有學習瑜伽的方式,例如:團課、影片、App學習……等,除了通勤時間外,自我學習方式隱藏了姿勢錯誤的運動傷害以及難以達到使用者持續不間段的自我訓練,因此一陳不變的運動型態,已逐漸被數位化模式取代透過運動遊戲化加入五感或是互動體驗,使得運動變得更加多元與樂趣。本論文研究重點,將以傳統瑜伽加入kinect體感運動,並運用骨架關節點的相對位置進行姿勢的辨識搜尋相符合的圖片,藉由瑜伽肢體動作的對應形態來探索有趣的圖像,讓瑜伽運動結合數位化,有效提昇運動者學習瑜伽的動機並且達到有趣的學習內容,藉此也達到自家輕鬆學習瑜伽與降低運動傷害的效果,此外藉由App的社群平台,可與其他玩家進行交流回饋以及富有育樂的效果,增進運動者持之以恆的運動熱忱,使得更多人認識與喜愛瑜伽這項運動。
    Fitness has been gaining popularity recently, and people are no longer doing sports in order to lose weight or to get fit. The benefits of exercising include maintaining a healthy body, balancing the brain’s hormones, stabilizing emotions, and preventing and alleviating the symptoms caused by emotion disorders. Therefore, it can further improve the quality of life and even harmonize the family. Yoga is one of the most popular sports in the world. Not only can yoga shape bodies but also relieve nervousness. It can help people of all ages and both sexes to achieve a peaceful and calm mind. Therefore, yoga is suitable for modern people in this fast-paced society. The ways to learn yoga include group classes, watching videos, using related mobile applications, etc. Attending classes usually requires commuting time, and self-learning methods like watching videos or using apps could lead to injury and boringness. In other words, the means mentioned above are not able to keep learners motivated. Thus, the monotonous sport style has been gradually becoming digital. By gamifying sports and adding interaction elements, doing sports will become more interesting. This research combines traditional yoga with Kinect motion sensing device, tracking the sensors on users’ joints. The users’ poses will be identified and pictures resembling the poses will be searched and shown. With such interesting pictures, the users’ motivation to learn yoga would be positively increased, and the whole learning process would be more appealing. Furthermore, with the help of this device, users can prevent injury even when they practice yoga at home. Users can also share their experiences or interact with other people on the online community, getting more people to know and like yoga.
