Abstract:	一場精采成功的演出除了精彩的劇本、專業演員、舞台設計、音效、音樂設計等行政群及幕後的舞台技術執行團隊外，燈光設計在舞台上佔著舉足輕重的腳色，70年代前衛的劇場大師羅伯･威爾森（Robert Wilson）曾說「沒有光就沒有空間」（No Light，there is no space）。更將燈光設計提升高於演員，在此次演出《四川好人》劇中，個人將此演出燈光設計分為前期、中期、後期三種工作時期來做報告敘述。此報告依據個人本身多年從事劇場燈光設計及實務操作經歷來撰寫，藉由此次演出機會將燈光設計分為，前期準備：熟讀分析劇本，與導演、舞台監督、服裝設計師、舞台設計師、音樂設計師…設計製作群進行技術會議，中期：參與排練、演出場地勘場，確認演出使用燈具型號及數量、燈圖繪製、燈光畫面設計，後期：演出進場裝燈、調燈、做畫面SET CUE、與舞台監督討論CUE點與CUE點時間，燈光技術排練、演出總彩、排練後修CUE、演出、拆台。看似簡易的各期燈光設計流程，其實非常繁雜，而每個工作時期進度與環節皆非常重要必須謹慎用心完成，若前期製作有誤，將延誤下一期的工作內容進度，耽誤團隊時程表，拖累演出品質。因此各期的工作進度必須謹慎完成才能讓演出順利圓滿成功。 In addition to the wonderful scripts, professional actors, stage design, sound effects, music design and the stage technology executive team behind the scenes, the lighting design is a pivotal part of the stage, as Robert Wilson, the avant-garde theater master of the 1970s, once said. Seemingly simple lighting design process, in fact, very complicated, and each work period progress and links are very important must be carefully carefully completed, if the early production is wrong, will delay the next phase of the work content progress, delay the team schedule, drag down the quality of the performance. Therefore, the progress of each period must be carefully completed in order for the performance to be a smooth and successful success.
