資訊時代來臨,人使用機器與都市溝通,取代傳統人為介面溝通,而實質的都市加入資訊媒體的介質,轉型為一種虛實媒體介面的空間。另一方面,”個人”因為隨身配備具備強大的資訊溝通性,也成為影響未來都市的重要空間尺寸。個人與都市的空間關係也因為資訊時代來臨,而產生劇烈的改變。極度”個人化”的都市空間,因為媒體與網絡的使用而產生。這種極度個人化的空間,瓦解了都市中公共與私密性的清楚分界,產生一種中介的”媒體空間”。本論文目的在討論 個人/ 媒體/ 網絡 對實質都市空間的生成有何影響。論文2部分,第一部分從個人隨身配備、媒體網絡的介入產生公共與私密動態組合的都市空間特性,找出現今都市媒體空間的原型。第二部分為實際都市空間操作,藉由前述的空間原型與事件重組,以”30分鐘旅館”討論個人(移動資訊個體)與都市的聯結關係。 Since the information age, man use machine to communicate with the whole city, without traditionally face-to-face communication. At the same time, our society has changed from a material-based world into an intermediary space of material-based and also virtual-based world. On the other hand, “individuals” has become important units as they have amazing ability of information communication with their protable digital equipment. The relationship between individuals and the socitey has had a great variation. The city has changed into extremely “individualized” spaces which break the distinct boundary between private and public spaces into intermediate “media spaces”.In this research, individuals, media, and networks are to be selected as 3 subjects in terms of the direction of design and operation. And there are 2 parts in the process of this research. The 1st part is finding new prototype of intermediary spaces producing by individuals, which have protable digital equipments, media, and networks. The 2nd part is a design operation of “ The hotel of 30 minutes” which discuss the nexus-spaces between individuals and the city in the information age.
