Abstract: | 由於全球化的發展及整體環境的劇烈競爭下,企業所面臨到的挑戰與日俱增。面對難以預測、繁複且易變的顧客需求時,企業在進行生產規劃的困難性大幅的提升。在現今企業擁有多個廠區之生產環境下,生產規劃之內容、範圍與限制因素相較於單廠規劃而言更顯得複雜。企業在進行生產規劃的同時,必須考量到各廠區間物料及產能資源之整合性與共用性;並須適度的調整及平衡各廠區資源,以避免單一廠區資源短缺或過剩的情形產生。因此,企業必須及時且有效率的監控各廠區間供給與需求之資訊,以便於輔助生產規劃或重新規劃之決策。因此,本研究欲發展一多廠區銷產協調規劃系統,結合資源協調模擬、分析與警示的功能輔助企業之運籌管理人員進行決策的制定,並提出多廠區間銷產資源的協調機制。本研究並利用代?人(agent)技術,藉由其所具備之自主性、溝通性、合作能力…等特性,透過代理人間相互溝通之合作協定(protocol),以設計此一多廠區銷產協調系統架構與功能模組,並落實多廠區銷產協調機制之運作,以達到企業之供需平衡。 Under the development of the Globalization and the violent competition of the whole environment, the challenge confronted by enterprises grows day by day. Facing forecast with difficulty, complicated and also variable customer demand, it’s more and more difficult for enterprises making production plans. Enterprises has production environment under several manufacturing sites in the nowadays, comparing with single site, the content, the scope and the limiting factors of the production plan are more complicated. Enterprises while carry on the production plan, must consider to the material and capability resources can be conformability and reusable between each site; And must the moderate adjustment and balance the resources in various sites, avoids the shortage or the surplus situation of sole site. Therefore, the enterprises must prompt of also between the effectiveness monitoring information of the supplies and the demand in various sites, and support planner in decision-making of the production plan or the re-planning.Therefore, this research wants to develop a multi-site demand-supply balancing system framework which combines resources coordination simulation, analysis, and notification functions to auxiliary headquarter planner in decision-making, and proposed the coordinates mechanism for multi-site demand and supply resources balancing. This research also utilizes the “Agent Technology”, with its independence, communicating, and cooperative ability. By the characteristics of agreement of partnership (protocol), to design the Multi-site demand and supply balancing system architecture and function modules. And carries out the operation for the coordinated mechanism of multi-site demand and supply resources, to achieve supply and demand resources of the enterprise is balanced. |
