當企業面臨不確定性與動態性的組織環境時,為了使公司可以快速的回應市場的變化,必須形成團隊的型態來因應越來越複雜的工作。本研究以行動研究(Action research)方法實際參與組織內部針對品質持續改善的決策執行過程,發現透過組織間綿密的互動網絡(即突現網路),可以將團隊之功能發揮到極大值。也就是在決策執行過程中,透過團隊的溝通和協調可使團隊更有效的運作,也可以使團隊的功能在組織的網絡中不斷的移轉。突現網路可以使團隊成員共享彼此的認知、心智模式與行為模式,同時在團隊成員之間形成緊密的互動聯繫網絡,並藉著此網路促使團隊成員間的溝通互動,讓個人擁有的經驗和知識分享(share)給其他人,而慢慢形成團隊的共通知識(know-how),以便往後遭遇問題可以快速反應。 When enterprise faces uncertainty and dynamic organizational environment, team work is required to enable the company to quickly response market changing. This research applies Action Research method to participate in an organizational quality improving and related decision-making process. We found that the team can create a remarkable value through a close interaction network among sub-organizations which is so called emergent network. In the decision-making process, teamwork can be implemented more effectively through intensive communication within emergent network. Meanwhile, the function of teamwork can be transferred in organization's network.Emergent network may cause the members of the team to share their cognition, mental and behavior model. It simultaneously forms a closely interactive network among the team members. Within the network team members can communicate with each other and share experience and knowledge with others. Then, the experience and knowledge can become the know-how of the team which will use to solve problems that we may encounter in the future.
