Abstract:	聯合國世界衛生組織指出憂鬱症為二十一世紀三大疾病之一。上班族最易面臨的問題中，壓力管理佔54. 2%。女性憂鬱症發生機率高於男性，因此，工作壓力導致健康損害是不容忽視的。研究主要以女性上班族為核心研究對象。利用問卷調查女性上班族於職場的壓力來源、情緒反應及情緒處理方式；從自然情境營造自我空間感，另外可歸納出範例產品設計要素如下：身心放鬆時的使用感受，使用環境可有變化的空間，使用功能上更具人性化、科技感、延續性。由以上範例產品設計要素發展出Green Point虛擬植栽舒壓產品範例，範例主要以：整體外觀造型、使用功能、整體感受等三大項組成，並針對女性上班族進行驗證其滿意度。結果顯示女性上班族在設計範例方面的滿意度趨向正面評價；另外顯示女性上班族在虛擬植栽舒壓產品設計的方向，偏好簡單時尚、可愛造型，具自然感受、創意感受。 Melancholia is regarded as one of the three major diseases by World Hygiene Organization of United Nations. Of all the problems faced by office staffs, pressure management is by 54.2%. Female to get melancholia has the higher percentage than male. Therefore, all kinds of working pressure doing harm to personal health is unavoidable.This study focuses on the research of career women. On the one side，by using questionnaire, we can tell the sources of pressure, emotional reactions ,and ways to deal with emotional problems of career women. The self extensity is set up in the natural situation. On the other side, we can conclude the factors of model product design are as following: the usage feeling of relaxation of body and mind ,use environment has some room for improvement, and the functions are much user-friendly, sense of technology, and continuity.The factors mentioned above develop the virtual planting Green Point Stress-Relief product example. The example is made up of three major items: the whole appearance and modeling, functions for users, and entire reactions. Then prove the degree of satisfaction of career women. The result reveals that career women have the positive evaluation in the aspect of degree of satisfaction of product example. Being asked for which virtual planting tension-relieving product design style is more likeable, career women prefer pure fashion and lovely look, and have a deep impression on nature and creativity.
