    Abstract: 二十一世紀是知識經濟的時代,知識成為企業重要的資產。因此,如何有效進行知識分享進而創造知識、提升企業價值,已成為企業在快速變遷的資訊時代中得以永續生存、確保競爭優勢的關鍵要素。然而,目前台灣企業在進行現場知識分享時並未有一套完整的作法,為此本研究選定具有明顯的知識分享功能的TPM活動進行探討,希望透過本研究之探討,釐清TPM活動如何有助於現場知識分享,以解決上述問題。 不過目前對於TPM之相關研究多著重於TPM之推導模式、成功關鍵因素及效益,涉及TPM與知識管理關連性之研究並不多見。因此本研究從知識分享相關文獻著手,整理出『環境』、『組織結構』、『人力資源與激勵措施』、『資訊科技』、『組織文化與領導』五大實務構面及其內涵作為本研究之理論架構。藉以檢視實證企業TPM活動知識分享現況,以瞭解TPM活動知識分享實務性架構及內涵為何。最後,透過團隊運作模式分析發展出TPM知識分享模式。本研究之結果不僅可以充實目前知識分享相關理論,作為已導入TPM活動之台灣企業推行知識管理時之參考,亦可作為企業推行現場知識分享之依據。
    During the age of knowledge economy in 21st century, knowledge has become the most important asset in enterprises. Therefore, how to share knowledge, to create knowledge, and to promote the value of enterprises, has become the key factor of enterprises that could be sustainable management and keep the strength competitive advantage in the rapid changing information age. In this research, we find that the enterprises in Taiwan don’t practice knowledge sharing completely. Therefore, we focus on the activities of TPM which obviously has the function of knowledge sharing, and propose to identify how TPM help to share knowledge in the work field. Most researches about TPM focus on implementing, key success factors and benefit. Only few researches mention about the relationship in TPM and knowledge sharing. In order to know how the activity of TPM practice knowledge sharing, the research conclude a five concept of practice knowledge sharing -environments, organization, human resource and motivation, information technology and organization culture. Then check the reality of knowledge sharing in enterprises, the research also develops a model of TPM sharing which include “five concept of practice”, “team”, “sharing model” , “knowledge spiral” and “vision of enterprises”. The result of the study completes the knowledge sharing theses. Lead the company with TPM to implement knowledge management, and also could be the guide of the company which is going to practice knowledge sharing.
