    Abstract: 在一般工業界中,排程是最常困擾著整個工廠的營運生產狀況的問題。當問題涵蓋的變數越多時,其問題複雜度會隨指數型態而升高。典型的生產狀況如零工式生產排程問題、吊臂排程問題等,都是屬於此類問題。而傳統上使用的集中式系統在解決這類問題時,所必須使用之計算負荷甚大、所需時間也跟著提高。因此在解決此類問題上存在有其困難處。 在70年代末期,分散式人工智慧技術逐漸蓬勃發展。而分散式系統之同步運作可使其更加有效率、可擴充性、更具彈性等優點,因此可藉由此架構來解決上述的問題。在分散式人工智慧領域中,多重代理者系統尤其受到重視。代理者之間的互動機制將是多重代理者系統運作成功的重要因素,其中「協調」是一重要的議題。 因此本研究為代理者在協調過程中,建立一多重代理者協同模式。本研究以多重代理者架構為基礎,透過黑板系統之建立進行代理者協調機制之設計,其中包含代理者之間競爭與合作模式,並以吊臂排程問題為例進行驗證。本研究所設計之多重代理者協同模式,將可作為未來在大量客製化環境中,排程領域之研究基礎。
    Scheduling is an important issue, and always disturbs the production flow in business. The complexity of scheduling problem will become greater, as the exponential curve, when it covers more variables. The typical production problems, such as job shop scheduling problem and hoist scheduling problem, are both scheduling problems. When solving this kind of problem, the traditional method is by using centralization system. But it will cause higher computation load, and in turn, cost more time. Therefore, there existed some difficulties in solving this kind of scheduling problem. During the late of 1970’s, the distributed artificial intelligent technologies were introduced and were developing rapidly. Since the characteristic of synchronous has made the distributed systems more efficient, expandable and flexible. We can solve the above-mentioned scheduling problem by applying the distributed architecture. In the distributed artificial intelligent domain, the multi-agent system is now attracting more and more attention. The key successful factor of multi-agent system is the interactions mechanism among agents, especially the “coordination” activity. Therefore, our research wants to build a model of collaborative multi-agent system for the coordination activities among agents. Based on the multi-agent architecture, by building a blackboard system, we design the coordination mechanism that covers those competition and cooperation activities among agents. The developed model of collaborative multi-agent system was applied on the Hoist Scheduling Problem (HSP) for validation. The result of this research provides a foundation for scheduling problem basis in business environment of mass-customization in the future.
