    Abstract: 都市公園綠地的設立,滿足了都會區民眾戶外休閒活動的需求,不僅提供廣泛的綠地空間及多樣性休憩活動設施,亦具有生物生存及棲息之潛力。本研究之主要目的,是以景觀生態學的理念,進行都市公園綠地永續經營管理評估架構之探討。首先藉由理論與相關文獻研擬評估因子項目,透過模糊德爾菲法進行評估因子篩選,以確定評估因子項目;其次透過模糊層級分析法,計算評估因子權重,進而確立評估因子層級架構,最後據此進行實證研究。 研究結果顯示,都市公園綠地永續經營管理評估架構中,目標層為建構都市公園綠地永續經營管理模式,其評估項目包括三個層級。其中第一層級包括都市自然生態環境穩定性及都市人文影響與管理等二項;第二層級包括公園綠地形狀、生態棲地連結性、生物多樣性、資源使用性、都市環境負荷、都市環境管理等六項;第三層級則包括延展性、密實度、邊界發展性..等十七項。 本研究提出都市公園綠地永續經營管理之建議為:種植多樣化植栽並考量其空間立體結構配置,以增強植物群落穩定性;運用生態設計的手法減少都市環境負荷,並加強都市環境管理。
    Urban parks satisfy the urban public’s need for outdoors leisure activities. They not only provide lots of green space and diversely recreational facilities, but also possess potential for living and rest. The main purpose of this study is to discuss the evaluation framework of sustainable management on urban parks through landscape ecological approach. Firstly, the evaluation factors are collected from the relative literature and theories, and the final evaluation factors are sieved out through fuzzy Delphi method. Secondly, the factors weights and the hierarchical framework are calculated and confirmed by the use of fuzzy Analytical Hierarchical Process method. Finally, it proceeded with case study in view of above. The result of the study shows that there are three hierarchies in the evaluation framework. The objective level in the framework of this study is to establish the sustainable management model of urban parks, and the factors in the first level including stability of urban ecological environment and the influence and management from urban people. In the second level, the factors involve shapes of parks, connectivity of ecological habitats, species diversity, resources usage, environmental burden, and management of urban environment. The third level which is achieved by 17 factors, such as, elongation, compactness and shoreline development, and etc. Some suggestions are addressed for sustainable management of urban parks:Growing diverse plants and considering the three demensional configuration spatially may enhance the stability of vegetation. To reduce the urban environmental burden of using ecological designing and reinforce the urban environmental management.
