    Abstract: 對以研發為利基的的組織或企業而言,新產品研發知識的經驗累積是研究發展中重要的驅動因素之ㄧ。然而,許多公司對其內部的新產品研發知識管理上仍缺乏系統化的管理架構,使得研發過程中的各種知識不易被系統化的保存下來。因此,若能將知識管理的概念,有效的應用於新產品之研發流程當中,不僅可以組織、管理研發團隊先前所累積的研發知識與研發經驗,對企業或組織而言更是一種競爭力的延續與提昇。本研究以流程導向的觀點,透過文獻探討與個案訪談結果,歸納分析新產品研發流程,並將新產品研發流程中所產生的知識項目加以分類,以作為新產品研發知識的分類架構,並運用模糊理論方法論,作為研發文件搜尋計算模組。以CNT-FED新產品研發文件為此研發文件分類檢索模式的應用範例,並建構一個以模糊為基礎的新產品研發文件分類檢索雛型系統模式。此一文件分類檢索雛型系統的分類儲存架構與文件搜尋機制對研發人員的知識累積有正向實質的助益。
    In the past, documents classification relied on manual processing. Now, as the variety of electronic documents, the use of computer and broadband network are popularized. The changes have evolved the types of documents from paper to digital formats, and the quantities of documents are tens of thousands times more than in the past. The work of documents classification and retrieval require enormous amount of manpower and time. In response to such change, using computer for documents classification is an important trend today. In order to solve problem of classifying and retrieving the document more efficiently, a well-constructed classifying and retrieving document prototype system with well-organized knowledge modeling method is needed. Therefore, the aims of this study are applying the appropriate knowledge models of R&D processes, and proposing integrated modeling methodology for R&D document management in accordance with the significant knowledge of CNT-FED R&D’s process. Finally, developing a document classification and retrieval prototype system, as well as testifying the usability of the developed system.With the proposed methodology and system, information generated from product research can be thoroughly organized and knowledge cumulated from the process of product development can be systematically managed.
