隨著產業環境的改變和全球化競爭下，企業為了維持競爭力與服務品質，相繼的進行資訊化和電腦化，企業藉由電腦資訊科技不受時間和空間限制的特性，讓資訊流通更精確且快速，使得公司管理更具有效率，且隨著資訊科技應用層次的提昇，潛在效益也日益提升。然而資訊科技和系統的應用與發展能否真正符合企業之所需，正是攸關企業能否持續成長與維持競爭優勢的重要因素。目前企業在建置資訊系統失敗的主要因素之一，即為無法真正掌握使用者及企業的整體需求，以致於所開發出的資訊系統並非企業真正之所需，企業能否基於時間與成本的考量，快速且有效的完成資訊應用系統建構成功在於建構的步驟方法。因此，如何建模分析達到系統配合企業營運目標，確保策略、流程以及資訊系統間之一致性（alignment），正是本研究的動機所在。有鑑於此，本研究主要在歸納提出以企業流程為基礎的應用資訊系統建構架構，作為企業進行系統建構之參考依據，並進一步針對企業流程到系統塑模部分進行系統差異分析，協助企業以快速比對方式，確保企業應用資訊系統需求乃是基於企業整體需，以維持企業應用資訊系統是相結合的與具有一致性。 Under the change and globalization of the industry environment compete, enterprise in order to maintain the competition ability and service quality sequentially progressing the informationization and computerization. Enterprise rely on the characteristic that the computer technology is free from the time and space restriction, letting the information circulation more precise and fast and even making corporation management have more efficient. Along with the information technology application level promotion, the potential benefit also promotes increasingly. However, the application and development of information technology and system could truly conforms to the needing of enterprise, is precisely whether the enterprise continues to grow and maintenance competitive advantage important factor.In light of this, the objective of this research can be summarized up as follows: 1.
