Display Search的研究資料顯示,軟性顯示器(flexible display)的市場規模將從2007年的1,600萬美元成長到2015年的20億美元,而具有製造成本優勢的卷對卷(roll-to-roll)製程技術,以及塑膠基板上列印聚合物材料的技術將在未來主流的低成本應用上扮演關鍵性的角色。本研究提出製程品質監控預警系統雛型,利用失效模式效應與關鍵性分析建構軟性顯示器製程品質問題分析,針對關鍵失效因子進行重點監控,並以統計製程管制概念管制,建構一套適用於軟性顯示器卷對卷製程品質問題異常監控系統,並提出管制法則及相對應之處理措施,提供給管制人員參考,快速排除製程異常。本研究成果有助於在軟性顯示器實驗轉換詴量產階段用以分析影響製程不良因子並預防監及改善排除,建構一個穩健的生產環境。為驗證卷對卷製程異常監控預警系統之可行性與完整性,使用系統雛型法,希望以最經濟而快速的方法開發出系統,以便即早澄清或驗證不明確的系統需求。依據本研究提出來之製程監控預警系統模型架構,建立雛型系統,以實地運作方式來驗證本研究系統可行性。 Display Search's study reports shows that the market scale of Flexible Display (FD) will increase from 160 million USD in 2007 up to an estimate of 2 billion USD by 2015. Roll-to-roll process and printing by polymer materials in plastic substrate are playing the important roles of flexible displays.In this research, a prototype warning system was indentified, using FMECA to analysis process quality problems to find the key failure factors, and use SPC concept to control the key factors. Building the warning system for flexible display manufacturing process, proposing the control rules and with corresponding treatment measures for users to resolve anomalies. This research will help the flexible display industries proceed with a good plan of quality control in accordance with finding the key failure factors and control its, build a stable production environment.To verify the warning system are viability and integrity, using prototyping technique to find the system demand. Base on the warning system framework, building a prototype system and real work to verify the system are viability and integrity.
