    Abstract: 本研究所探討的GORE公司為典型的中間財企業,不直接與消費者接觸,而是靠著依附在各種戶外產品或裝備上,來接近消費者。其最著名產品,GORE-TEX®品牌標榜高品質、高功能的產品形象深植人心,在戶外休閒產業中更是業界指標性材料。GORE-TEX®在消費者的價值認同上,甚至高於最終品牌。而GORE也以夥伴關係為出發點,主導整合GORE-TEX®在鞋履製造上的所有流程,使得所有加入GORE的合作夥伴都能擁有共存共榮的願景。 GORE公司的企業競爭優勢並不在產品技術,而是事業系統有效運作下產生的深層差異化價值。另外,GORE事業系統運作最大的特色是在於對合作夥伴的認證機制,以及因實行認證制度對事業系統產生的回饋。在認證機制的推動之下,所有的製造及行銷流程,都能得到有效控制,使得GORE-TEX®鞋履合作夥伴的所有成員皆能共享高品質、低生產成本的共有價值。其中,認證回饋更是透過夥伴合作,把互動價值回饋到整個事業系統,促成事業系統不斷深化的原動力。 另外透過本研究討論,中間財企業的事業系統本質上可以歸納成三點。一、具備產業價值創造主導能力是事業系統策略之基礎。二、能夠決定事業系統內成員的類型與互動機制。三、能夠透過與成員的互動,產生差異化價值。本研究希望透過對於GORE事業系統策略歸納的結果,對於其他中間財企業使用事業系統策略,提供具前瞻性的思考方向。
    In this study, a typical intermediate-goods firm, W.L. GORE& Associates,Inc., not directly with consumer contacts, but attaching itself in a variety of outdoor products or equipment, to reach consumers. Its most famous product GORE-TEX ? brand prides itself on high quality, high-function product image in consumers' minds. GORE-TEX ? is the target material in the outdoor recreation industry . The consumers recognized the value of GORE-TEX ?, even higher than the ultimate brand. The W.L. GORE also partnership as a starting point, to lead the integration of GORE-TEX ? footwear on all processes, allowing all partners to join GORE Business System can have the vision of coexistence. W.L. GORE to maintain competitive advantage is not due to product technology, but through effective operation of its business systems, to create the value of the underlying differentiation. In addition, W.L. GORE most distinguishing feature of system operation is characterized by the authentication mechanism for partnership and certification system for the implementation of system-generated feedback on the cause. Driven by the authentication mechanism, all the manufacturing and marketing processes can be effectively controlled, making GORE-TEX ? footwear partner to share all the members to enhance quality, reduce production costs of shared values. The certification is through feedback interaction between partners, the value of feedback to the whole business system is the cause of the system contributed to deepening the driving force. Another discussion of this study, the cause of intermediate- goods firm’s business systems can essentially be grouped into three. At first, with industry leading capabilities to create value is the basis for the cause of system strategy. Second, the system can determine the type of the members of the interaction mechanism. Third, that through the interaction with the members, resulting in differentiated value. The study, by summarizing the system strategy of W.L. GORE ,to provide other intermediate-goods firm that applying Business system a forward-thinking direction.
