現場排程在整個生產活動的過程中扮演著關鍵性的角色,排程功能的發揮 與否往往是現場控制系統的成敗關鍵所在。一個不良的排程系統將影響系 統的產出率、增加在製品的存貨水準及延誤訂單的交期,以致影響企業的 競爭力。系統的產出率係決定於系統的產能限制資源(Capacity Constraint Resourse; CCR),然而傳統的排程方法較少特別針對系統的 限制資源進行排程,也未對在製品存量提出有效的管制的方法。Drum Buffer Rope(DBR) 排程法為一特別強調針對系統的產能限制資源進行規 劃與排程的方法,並透過物料開立控制機置以控制物料的適時開立。然而 DBR 方法的排程品質往往決定於產能限制資源的排程順序。本研究乃針對 此一問題提出如何決定產能限制資源,並採用禁止搜尋法(tabu-rearch )來決定產能限制資源的區域最佳排程順序;並依此產能限制資源限制的 排程順序採用後推法(backward)與前推法(forward) 方式來決定其他非產 能限制資源的排程,進而獲得物料開立時間與出貨時間,以便能對物料的 開立進行控制。本研究所發展的排程方法不僅提供一個對限制資源排程的 思考方向,並且提供了一個完整的排程方法,在提升製造系統的績效上助 益良多。 The Shop Floor Scheduling plays an important role in the process of the production activity. The successfulness of the Shop Floor Control System is highly dependent on the efficiency and effectiveness of it''s corresponding scheduling function. An unqualified scheduling system may harm the manufacturing system''s throughput, increase the level of work-in-process in the shop floor ,and delay the order''s promised due date.The throughput of a manufacturing system is decided by the CCR. But the traditional scheduling methods seldomly focus on the scheduling of the CCRs. Drum buffer rope (DBR) is an approach emphasizing on the CCR''s scheduling employing the raw material releasing mechanism to release raw material properly. The scheduling quality of DBR approach is dependent on the operation sequence of CCR involved in the scheduling horizon. In order to solve this problem ,the objective of this research will give a way how to identify the CCR and exercise tabu- search method to find out a sub-optimal solution of scheduling sequence about CCR. Then according to the scheduling sequence, we introduce backward and forward approach to schedule non- CCRs. Finally, we can decide the raw material released time and shipping time that can use to control the release of raw material. The scheduling method that this research developed can offer to the schedule of CCR a good thinking point only and still give a complete scheduling approach that it is very helpful on promoting manufacturing system''s performance.
