    Abstract: 都市是人類生產、生存與消費的中心,但是現今都市的高度發展導致 了嚴重的環境品質惡化問題,解決問題最自然的方法就是要依靠綠色植物 ,所以完善周全的都市綠化工作是維護與改善人類生存環境,以供人類永 續利用的最佳方法,其中,又以「樹種規劃」為主要的重點。但是樹種規 劃工作究竟包含什麼項目、該如何操作、標準又是什麼?在過去並沒有具 體的討論。所以本研究擬透過相關理論與文獻案例的研討比較,將樹種規 劃在結合「生態都市」與「景觀生態學」的觀念下做課題探討,以建立一 個完整的都市綠化樹種規劃模式與準則。並以「模糊層級分析法」為方法 架構,在都市綠化樹種選擇上建立一個較為客觀的評估方式,以文獻回顧 歸納出完整的評估因子,再以模糊層級分析法的專家問卷結果計算出評估 因子的合理權重,經由對候選樹種的評值計算,篩選出各綠地分區的重點 樹種。最後將討論結果實際應用在台中市的綠化工作,並期盼往後台灣也 開始有包含生態觀念的綠化樹種規劃的推行,使綠化工作不在單只是偏重 景觀、遊憩的功能,而且在維護都市環境品質與永續發展上,也能有顯著 的效果。
    City is the center where people live, produce and consume. However, as it is highly developed, it incurred serious deterioration of the living quality. Tree, is the most natural way to remedy this. Therefore, a considerate and deliberate urban green construction is the key to improve our living nvironment and provide us continuous production. "Tree Assessment " is the most important job to do. On the other hand, there has not much discussion about "What is tree assessment?", "How to do with tree assessment?" and "What is the criterion to judge tree assessment?". This study will discuss tree assessment under the concept of "ecocity" and "landscape ecology" by comparing related theories and instances in other countries. Then, I can found a thorough model and guide line about tree assessment. To get an objective evaluation methodon urban tree selection, I use "Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process". First of all, I collected whole hierarchical factors by reading related literature. Secondary, process professional questionnaires by way of FAHP to calculate reasonable weight of each factor. Base on that, I can get the grade of each alternative trees and decide which is eligible in different green space. Finally, apply the conclusion to the greenconstruction in Taichung. I hope that urban tree assessment will be pursued soon in Taiwan and green construction will emphasize not only on landscape and recreation but also on improving living quality and providing sustainable development.
