Abstract: | 在面臨自動化與電腦化的蛻變環境時,製造基本資料將不再只是參考資訊,而是影響生產規劃與控制決策的關鍵資訊。在所有的製造基本資料中,途程則扮演著舉足輕重的角色。以電子業來說,由於途程關係到多個部門的日常作業與決策,因此途程資訊的正確性與完整性更顯重要。然而,目前業界尚停留在以文書編輯器管理途程的階段,其作法導致資料不一致、資料維護成本過高以及效率不彰等問題叢生,進而造成相關部門規劃與執行上的偏差。上述背景引發本研究發展途程管理系統之動機。本研究首先由相關文獻及現存途程管理機制,歸納出途程管理系統應整合之資訊,以及應具備之功能。另外,本研究深入瞭解企業內網路(Intranet)之特性,以及該環境下的系統開發架構。上述兩者將作為本研究進行系統發展時,制訂系統構築的參考依據。除此之外,系統的發展有賴於一完整的發展方法,故本研究選擇了適合的物件導向系統發展方法及相關技術(UML、Design Pattern),經過適度的修正後,以其為基礎進行途程管理系統之分析、設計。綜合上述,本研究以實務問題的解決為出發點,以物件導向系統發展方法發展一應用於電子業,並以Intranet為運作環境的途程管理系統。此一系統將能有效整合途程資訊,並提供電子業內各相關部門日常作業與決策所需的正確資訊。 Facing the trend of automation and computerization, the basic manufacturing data are not just for reference only, instead, they are the key factors that affect production planning and controlling strategy. Among these, the routing data plays an important role. For electronic industries, the daily operations and decision making of many departments frequently require the routing data which mush maintain its correctness and integrity. Currently, the routing data is usually maintained by means of editor (e.g., Microsoft Word), thus results in problems such as data inconsistency, high maintaining cost and low efficiency. Consequently, planning and executing may perform incorrectly. The aforementioned issues drive the motivation of this research to develop a routing management system. First, we survey literatures and softwares that contain routing management mechanisms to identify the information and functions that a routing management system should integrate. Basides, the concept of intranet, including its characteristics and application framework, is incorporated to provide the basis of our system architecture. In addition, an object-oriented systems development approach, including Design Patterns and Unified Modeling Language, for developing the proposed intranet-based routing management system is provided. |
