    Abstract: 自動化製造系統(Automation Manufacturing System; AMS)中,整合現場控制網路中各設備之控制介面,一直是重大的問題,須由通訊協定(protocol)的標準化著手解決。通訊協定為資料交換的規格或標準,其分層由低階到高階大致可以分成傳輸介質、轉換器、網路控制和應用資料格式等四層,前三者重在實體介質傳輸和網路控制,負責連結作業(connectivity);後者重在應用層級資訊格式的互通,以達成相互操作性(interoperability),本研究欲發展之標準將限於此部分,以使各設備之控制方式趨於一致,而留給設備廠商或整合人員採用下層標準的自由度。分析控制網路之需求,可得三層訊息傳遞架構:(1)生產訊息標準:主要在達成主機間生產需求(產品排程、製程控制)的控制;(2)控制訊息標準:主要在達成主機與虛擬機器間之遠端控制功能;(3)虛擬機器:負責將外部的控制訊息轉換為設備之控制指令,以操控現場設備,故與硬體較為相關。評估後將以控制訊息標準為發展重心,此部分的SECS-II則作為本研究之主要參考模式。SECS-II標準雖然十分完整,含括大部分現場控制重要功能,但因以設備本身的監控為主,不免忽略了產品或生產管理方面之功能,而無法發揮製程控制的功能。故本研究所欲發展的控制訊息標準以SECS-II為主要內容,並發展部分生產訊息標準以補其不足。最後根據此標準進行系統實作與驗證,其結果可提供標準導入實用方法之參考、和控制設備之設計原則,並證明階層式控制系統之建構與執行,皆得以達成。
    In an automated manufacturing system (AMS), it is difficult to integrate the control network of shop floor because of the variety of the control interface. We must make use of the protocol to solve this problem. Protocol, a set of rules for communication, is used to provide a data communication standard for any two sides that need to exchange data. Generally, protocol can be divided into four layers: transfer media, translator, network control, and application data format. The first three layers mainly focuBy analyzing the need of control network, levels of message transmission can be classified as: (1)Production Message Standard (PMS) -- it controls the production information (e.g., product scheduling, production process control) between hosts. (2)Control Message Standard (CMS) -- it takes the responsibility of archiving the remote control function between the hosts and the equipments. (3)Virtual Machine (VM) -- it translates the external control messages to the equipment instructions, then controls and moniAlthough SECS-II covers most important functions of a shop floor control system, it primarily focuses on the control and monitor of equipment, and lacks functions such as product and production management. Therefore, the standard developed in this research is based on SECS-II, and includes some important PMS. Finally, the proposed standard is implemented and validated through an AMS illustration.
