    Abstract: 以往,供需市場上所重視的是產品品質,因此,製造系統的功能及技術,至為重要。然而,供給鏈管理的觀念及方法被提出後,整體供給成本與時間的因素,重新的被省思,而此二條件的掌握也因此成為競爭優勢提升的必備條件。因而,製造之外,配銷管理的重要性益發凸顯,具備快速回應條件的配銷管理系統亦為全球化經營之產業所企求。本研究因此以「快速回應環境下之配銷管理系統」為研究主題,針對進貨與出貨運籌管理(Inbound & Outbound Logistics)的範圍,深入探討其企業體質之調整及因應,並以配銷管理之資訊系統為依歸,詳細建立其系統功能及工作流程;此外,並從資訊需求的角度,分析並設計符合此系統運作之資料模式。在研究方法上,本研究在組織策略性目標的導引下,以思考程序(Thinking Process)為工具,分析目前配銷管理之現況(Non-QR),尋思建立快速回應環境條件應有的努力方向;此外,並參考相關的參考模式,規劃出符合一般性需求的系統架構,據此基礎,依流程導向的觀念,以事件驅動流程圖(Event-driven Process Chains; EPCs)為表達方式,詳細分析及建立系統運作之工作流程;另外,針對系統之資料面,依相關的資料需求收集,以資料正規化(Normalization)的技術,設計其資料模式。整體而言,本研究針對「快速回應環境下,配銷管理之資訊系統」,提出了包含(1)系統功能架構、(2)系統工作流程與(3)資料模式,三個層面的一般性參考模式。
    Due to the short life cycle time and competitive market demands, the development of an effective supply-chain management systems, which can reduce the total cost of the entire chain and shorten the product acquisition time, becomes an urgent task for manufacturing industry.Distribution management system deals with inbound and outbound logistics and aims at lowering total logistics costs, improving efficiency and customer services. In other words, an effective distribution management system can help a manufacturing industry to achieve the goal of quick-response(QR). Currently, most distribution management systems do not employ the concept of quick-response and rarely provide the detailed description about its corresponding function and workflow models. The objective of this reThe research is proceeded with following steps: (1) identify the strategic objective of the system, then based on it, study what the system design principles should be applied, (2) employ the approaches of Thinking Process to identify the core causes of UDEs(Un-Desirable Effects) and the injections to resolve them for the current distribution management system, (3) construct the system architecture of quick-response driven distribution management system, then identify its corresponding procedures workflow u-1 -aA Study of Quick-Response driven Distribution Management System
