    Abstract: 本研究應用 SLAM II (Simulation Language for Alternative Modeling) 電腦模擬語言來模擬花生麵筋罐頭工廠的生產作業。研究方法 是先依據工廠目前實際作業的流程與條件來建構基本模擬模式,而後再藉 由改變此模式中的參數來模擬工廠於不同生產條件下的生產情形。由模擬 的結果可得知工廠生產線上之作業人員、機械設備的使用情況與利用率, 各加工過程中是否有生產瓶頸存在及產量等資料。分析模擬所得資料,可 以使工廠以較經濟且有效率的方式來進行生產,同時也能提供生產管理者 在擬訂不同生產策略時的參考依據。模擬工廠目前的生產作業方式後,發 現負責調整罐頭稱重不符標準的作業人員利用率偏低,工廠可以考慮減少 一位此工作站的作業人員,但必須要能適度降低罐頭充填的不良率,否則 會造成輸送帶的磨損或充填速率的減緩。模擬工廠於不同生產條件下的生 產情形後,可以瞭解當生產所使用的封蓋機有異常現象發生或殺菌釜數量 改變時對生產活動的影響,主要會造成加工完畢的時間延後及罐頭等待殺 菌釜殺菌的時間延長。如果模擬增加麵筋充填人員及提高作業速度的生產 方式,產量及機械的利用率可以提高,但是需要局部調整工廠生產線的佈 置(layout)來因應過多罐頭等待加工的情況。模擬工廠以兩條生產線同時 生產時,產量可以提高一倍且工廠對生產設備的調整較具有彈性。
    A network-based simulation model is developed to analyze a canned peanut-gluten plant by using the computer simulation language SLAM II (Simulation Language for Alternative Model- ing). In the first series of run the performance of the ''base'' model was analyzed; some of the critical parameters were than varied to investigate their sensitivity on the results. The simulation model was run to produce work schedules such as total processing time, mean flow time etc. Model re- sults were used to monitor and evaluate the utilization of plant resources under several alternative scheduling. The re- sults indicate the filling more accurate, one weight adjust- ment worker can be reduced. The results also showed that two production lines has more flexibility in resources arrangement.
