    Abstract: 本研究主要探討台灣食品公司之企業文化類型對人員招募與甄選作業的影響,以食品公司作抽樣對象,總計發出200份問卷,回收156份,回收率約78%,有效問卷139份,有效率為89.10%。 採用統計學之敘述統計分析、量表信度分析、因素分析、集群分析、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe檢定及多元迴歸分析等方法進行分析,獲得下列主要結論: 一、運用集群分析將台灣食品公司之企業文化可分為四大類型,「市場型企業文化」、「家族型企業文化」、「官僚型企業文化」及「發展型企業文化」。此四大類型之特色為: (一)市場式:強調工作導向及目標完成,重視準時將產品推出和完成各類生產目標。 (二)家族式:強調人際關係,忠心與傳統皆為重要的價值觀。 (三)官僚式:強調規章至上,重視結構化與正規化,穩定與恆久性為重要觀念。 (四)發展式:強調創新與創業,企業組織較鬆弛與非規條化。 二、四大類型企業文化在招募作業上都有較明確的影響性。尤其是在市場式與其他企業文化類型有明顯的差異性,亦即說明市場式在招募作業上強調目標導向,而不強調事件的處理過程,即控制程序較不受到重視。又家族式與發展式亦有明顯差異性,因為家族式強調傳統而發展式強調創新,官僚式與發展式在招募作業上有明顯差異性,其結果說明官僚式是強調組織結構與正規化的,此與發展式強調創新是不同的。 三、 針對甄選作業之「重視專業能力」及「員工工作範圍的明確度上」,僅「市場式」與「家族式」具有顯著差異性,又市場式與其他企業文化類型有明顯的差異性,市場式強調目標導向,而不強調事件的處理過程,且在目標導向下,要求能獨立完成作業之專業能力。
    This research is about corporate culture type on recruitment and select of food companies in Taiwan. Ask 200 copies and return 156 copies, but it is 139 copies to be effective. There is 89.10% to be effective on the copies. The research uses statistic method these are factor analysis, one way ANOVA, Scheffe and Kmean method. The major findings are as follows: There are four corporate culture types to be found. Firstly, Market Type: it pays attention on work hard. Secondly, Family Type: it pays attention on human relation. Thirdly, Bureaucracy Type: it pays attention on organization structure. Fourthly, Development Type: it pays attention on creation. On recruitment there are different on Market Type and others. The Market Type pays attention on getting goals, but no pays attention on process. And there are different on Family Type and Development Type. The Family Type pays attention on tradition. Between Bureaucracy Type and Development Type are different. Bureaucracy pays attention on organization structure. On selection there are different between Market Type and Family Type. The Market Type pays attention on work hard, get goals, but Family Type.
