Abstract:	本篇論文主要研究目的在於嘗試針對立法院運作相關問題，透過靜態的制度及數據資料分析，加上檢視政治面行政立法間權力互動的過程，希望能夠描繪自解嚴至今立法院權力變遷歷程，也希望能透過研究指出我國憲政制度對於立法院在職權賦予上，遭遇到的癥結以及可能改進的方向。
