    Abstract: 一般所探討的人工智慧(Artificial Intelligence),主要偏重在知識的推理,即在模仿人類所具有的智能,但在情緒方面卻很少涉及。然而人工智慧與真正人類心靈之間仍存在著一段距離,其中的一個要素便是情緒的功能障礙。另外,情緒在人類生活中扮演著舉足輕重的角色,若電腦世界的資訊系統也能擁有情緒的反應,人類將重新定位電腦與人類之間的關係。因此,我們提出人工情緒(Artificial Emotion)這樣的想法。首先,我們希望以心理學的角度,探討人類情緒的相關基本元素及其運作,再以資訊系統的方法,將人類情緒的相關基本元素及其運作轉化成情緒模型。最後將這情緒模型嵌入到一個應用系統,使應用系統被賦予類似人類之情緒—人工情緒。本研究之應用系統將以銷售分析系統為例。 人類的情緒不是自發的,情緒是個體受到某種刺激所產生的一種身心激動狀態,並表現出情緒身體語言,且情緒與個人動機及主觀的意識經驗有關,最後情緒的產生也會影響個體之生活。因此,我們希望建立情緒模型,其中內含著情緒刺激、動機、意識經驗、情緒空間座標及電腦情緒身體語言等元素,並藉由環境時間因素、使用者操作行為模式及使用者回饋等各種刺激,引發應用系統不同的情緒反應。
    The thesis aims to develop the theory of the artificial emotion. Traditionally artificial intelligence is focused more on reasoning, – i.e. the imitation of the human thinking – than emotion. However, barriers, one of which is the barrier to the emotional function, do exist between artificial intelligence and the authentic human mind. Emotion plays a significant role in humans’ daily life; therefore, if the cyber system were emotional, the relationships between the computer and humans would be redefined. The thesis first probes the very fundamental elements of human emotions and how they actually work, from the perspective of psychology. Then the information system is employed to transform them into the emotion model. Finally the emotional model is embedded in a sales analysis application software, which will thus be equipped with human-like emotion – artificial emotion. Human emotion is far from spontaneous; instead, it is a physical and mental state, followed by a body language, when individuals are exposed to certain stimuli. Emotion, which can profoundly influence a person’s everyday life, involves individual motivation and subjective consciousness. Hopefully the thesis intends to establish an emotional model, which integrates with emotional stimuli, motivation, consciousness, emotion space and cyber emotional body language. The application software is expected to produce various emotional responses when incited by the time factor, users’ operational behavior and their feedback.
