Abstract:	近年來，台灣對外的貿易結構產生了重大的變化，其中尤以經港對大陸的貿易額及比重，均大幅地攀升最為明顯。與此一現象相配合的是，台灣的產業結構與企業活動也在改變中。這是由於包括中國大陸在內的整個國際經濟局勢變遷，同時牽動了台灣內部經濟發展的動向，使得大量的「台商」紛紛前往海外尋找發展的可能性。這裡我們發現了海峽兩岸三邊的經貿互動，有日趨密切，但卻又存在著某種的緊張與限制，使得這個三邊區域經濟的發展充滿了變數。本文透過年鑑史學家布勞岱「經濟世界」的觀點，企圖對於這一充滿動力卻又詭譎多變的兩岸三邊經貿發展，進行一整體的探討。探討的結果本文發現：首先，兩岸三邊經濟連貫性得以形成，主要在於三地的經濟結構近年來的變遷，剛好走向一個互補互利的結構上。再加上文化及社會因素的助力，使得這個經濟連貫性得以加速進行。其次，三邊經貿互動並非僅是單純的平面互利關係而已，而是具有經濟層級性的互動在其中。也就是說三地經貿互動的過程，其實仍受到更廣大的國際經濟的影響，而國際經濟影響此三地經濟的主要中介，乃是來自於國際資本主義的支配使然。因此，此一區域經濟的經濟活動，實質上包含了國際性、區域性及本土性等層級的活動內容。另外，三邊經貿活動也不能僅從經濟的面向來理解，因為今日乃至日後此一區域經濟發展與限制，除了經濟因素之外，包括政治、社會、文化等面向都具有重要的影響力。其中，又可發現在經濟、社會及文化等面向，對此一區域經濟具穩定發展的作用，而政治面向卻是這一區域發展最大的變數。最後，綜觀三邊經貿的發展，可發現中國大陸未來的變化，是此區域經濟發展的關鍵。因為未來此一區域發展的主要場域在中國大陸，但中國大陸社會主義經濟改革的走向，卻仍是充滿著矛盾與變數。然而，從長期而言，未來大陸市場經濟必然要走向更開放的道路，屆時此一區域經濟當會有更高度的發展，只是在這個過程中，勢必還會有相當多的轉折會發生。 In past years, the trading structure has been largely changing in Taiwan. It is the most obvious change that the amount and the proportion of the trade between Taiwan and Mainland China by way of Hong Kong is on the increase rapidly.At the same time, the induatrial structure and enterprise activies havebeen changing greatly in Taiwan too. It is due to the adjustment in the international economy, including Mainland China's economic reform, forcing Taiwan's inner economic development to change and pushing "Taiwan's businessmen" out for seeking a newly possible life. From above phenomenon, we found that thetrading interaction among Taiwan, Mainland China and Hong Kong was more and more coherent, whereas there still were some strains and limits in it. Conseqently, it made this trading activies full of variabilty. In my dissertation, I tried toexplore this triangle trading by the perspective of "World-Economy" which was proposed by F. Braudel. The results I found included: first, the formationof the triangle trading lies in their economic structure toward a complementary changes. In addition to the advantage of cultural and social factors, thecoherent economy is accelerated. Secondly, the triangle trading are not a simply equal exchange relationship but implying a hiarachical economic relationship. Actully, the triangle trading consists of three levels of economicinteractions: globle, regional and local economy. The most important factor is the capitalism in globle economy urging the economic zone to be coherece. Thirdly, we cannot realize this triangle trading activities only by economicsector. More sectors should be taken into consideration such as political,social, and cultural factors. They all contribute to heavy influences on themand the key point is the political factor. Last but not least, viewing thistriangle trading as a whole we find the main variable comes from the future change of mainland china. Mainland china is the major field of the triangetrading, however her future steps are full of contradict and uncertainty.Therefore, in a long term consideration, the career of the triangle trading will be unstable too.
