本標準作業程序為滿足國科會推動生物多樣性行動方案之04311案「完成陸域、濕地與海洋生物多樣性監測系統之規劃，包括監測地點與方式之確定」之需求，更利於生物多樣性學門各專題計劃合約中之數據資料有效整合及未來政策規劃之利用。調查規劃及過程標準化，透過檢查程序以確定過程的一致性及連續性，以便監測計畫管理及成效評估。 The purpose of this project was to develop a standard operational procedure for biodiversity monitoring. This completion of this project is not only to fulfill the mission 04311 of biodiversity action plan of National Science Council but also be served as a tool to standardize future monitoring project, data collection, and data integration.
