    Abstract: 對於多期之疾病, 我們發展出貝氏Mixture (generalized廣義)線性混合模型, 用於決定危險因子在每一期之影響程度. 我們也探討每一期之比率及其與重要因子之關係. 模型之適合與否則用半參數方法如Dirichlet Process Mixture來評估. 我們推導出重要之檢定參數函數如敏感性, 特定性, 盛行率並與相對較簡單之離散例子做比較. 最後我們應用上述之方法至Johne's疾病
