Abstract: | 由於目前產品生命週期快速縮短,所以產業設計開發腳步也必須跟著加快,而本計劃建構網?代?人平台,讓廠商及企業可以透過此平台進?協同產品開發與製造,藉此縮短產品開發時程。本研究係針對透過第一?計畫完成的網?代?人平台,?用此平台進?協同產品開發,研究上,藉由逆向工程(Reverse Engineering, RE)與快速原型製造(Rapid Prototyping Manufacture, RPM),作為協同設計?之主要工具,將網?代?人擴展為多重代?人的模式運作,讓廠商及使用者可以藉由此平台進?快速產品開發,將產品開發?程縮短及?低成本。逆向工程過程中,?射掃瞄儀掃瞄得到點群資?,經過鋪面處?後,均有龐大的網格?,使得在網?傳輸上非常??,加上快速原型製造部分,因在成型過程中進??層運算,可能產生運算時間長、??上的缺失與階梯?效應(Stepwise Effects)等問題。因此本研究旨在透過代?人將逆向工程中龐大的網格?,以基因演算法為基礎進?網格縮減,解決網?傳輸上的??;以及快速原型製造過程中會產生之階梯?效應,藉由逐層均勻?化法(Stepwise Uniform Refinement)為基礎,進?適應性?層(Adaptive Slicing)處?,?低成型之誤差,以達到快速產品開發的目標。研究上,以 JADE (Java Agent Development Framework)為基礎,建?跨平台系統,進?產品資?訊息交換與協同設計,並?用MySQL 資?庫建?使用者帳戶資?及產品設計資訊,透過多重代?人,讓使用者及廠商可在線上將產品之標準STL(Stereo Lithograph) 檔案,進?傳輸及修改,並以Visual Basic 為開發介面程式,提供網格縮減模式及適應性?層,以?於網?傳輸及進?協同企業間溝通,達成快速產品協同開發的目的。本研究為??計畫,第一?預計完成可跨平台之協同設計代?人網站架構,第二?則以多重代?人架構及分析進?系統配置,並透過多重代?人之基礎下,解決在RE/RP 過程中會發生的問題,及模擬產品協同開發?程,達成?質環境下之快速產品開發與製造之設計?目標。本研究第一?達成之工作目標如下: 1. 建?一產品協同開發架構。 2. 以 PHP、XML 建構一協同設計代?人。 3. 建?代?人機制所需的資?庫,?:使用者帳戶,產品設計資訊。 4. 以自??之花轂、碟煞及相關?架之同步開發代?人架構為案?。本研究第二?預期可達成之工作目標如下: 1. 提出多重代?人架構及分析系統配置。 2. 將 STL 檔案,以基因演算法為基礎,在RE/RP 系統間建?STL 網格縮減。 3. 以逐層均勻?化法為基礎,探討快速原型?層最佳適應值處?,以及相關介面程式撰寫。 4. 以 RE/RP 技術,並透過本協同設計代?人,以鞋楦設計進?實?驗證,完成?質與?地產品開發與製造之設計?目標 Due to the condensed product life circle, the design development pace of an industry should speed up. This study plans to construct a webbed agent platform to let manufacturer and corporation can process a concurrent product development and manufacturing through the platform. Therefore, it can help to shorten the product development time spending. This research focuses on the result of the first year, a webbed agent platform, to process a concurrent product development. This study applies reverse engineering (RE) and rapid prototyping manufacture (RPM) as the design chain tools to extend a webbed agent into a multi-agent mode. Therefore, the manufacturer and other users can process product development through this platform to abbreviate product development process and product cost. In the working process of reverse engineering, the point cloud data which get from a laser scanner has enormous triangular mesh after surface construction. The enormous triangular mesh will make it difficult to transfer files online. In addition, in the rapid prototyping manufacture process, when processing slicing algorithm, there are problems about long processing time, imperfection of precision and stepwise effects. This study is mainly about reducing the enormous mesh number of reverse engineering through genetic algorithm to solve the problem about inefficiency of web transferring speed. In addition, this study applies the method of stepwise uniform refinement to develop a way for solving the problem of stepwise effects. It will also apply adaptive slicing method to reduce the inaccuracy of a prototype and reach the goal of rapid product development. The study constructs a platform system based on Java Agent Development Framework (JADE) for processing product information message exchange and concurrent design. It also uses MySQL database to construct user account database and product design information. Through multi-agent, users and manufacturer can transfer and adjust files with STL file format. This study uses Visual Basic to develop a program interface for providing the function of mesh reduction and adaptive slicing. This interface can help concurrent corporations have a convenient way to transfer files and have good communication. It also achieves the goal of developing a rapid product concurrent development. This is a two year project, in the first year, to accomplish a platform for web frame of concurrent design agent is expected. In the second year, it is aiming at analysis the multi-agent frame and its system arrangement. Based on the multi-agent frame, this study proposes to solve the problem during RE/RP working process and simulate the product concurrent development process. It plans to achieve the goal of rapid product development and manufacturing of a design chain under heterogeneous environment. The project goals of the first year are as following: 1. To construct a concurrent product development framework. 2. To apply PHP and XML for constructing a concurrent design agent. 3. To establish a database for agent system, e.g., user accounts and product design information, etc. The project goals of the second year are as following: 1. To propose a muti-agent framework and analysis system arrangement. 2. To establish STL mesh reduction function in RE/RP system based on genetic algorithm method. 3. To explore the best adaptive value of rapid prototyping slicing result based on stepwise uniform refinement and write project related interface program. 4. To verify concurrent design agent based on the tech of RE/RP and through shoe last design. In addition, to accomplish the goal of establishing design chain of product development and manufacturing under heterogeneous environment. |
