    Abstract: 未?目標訊息與自主性支持情境對高職學生動機調節及逃避策?之影響成就目標??之觀點是目前最普遍被應用??解學生的學習動機與學習?為,但研究亦指出未?目標及自我決定?對學習動機和學習?為的重要性,特別是在改善高職學生的學習上,學習可以是在提供訊息、教導當下學習工作與未?是關?性與價值,成為自我決定的學習者。另外,探討情境自主性支持與控制性,此些方面如何影響學生的動機?型及逃避策?。探討上述因素(未?目標之訊息、教室自主性、動機調節?型與逃避策?)彼此間之因果關係,做為?解、改善高職學生個人之學習動機與逃避策?,以及提供學習者由外在未?訊息到內在自主性學習。基於上述,本研究的主要目的有四:(一)分析高職學生未?目標之訊息與動機調節?型及逃避策?之關係;(二)?解教室自主性支持與動機調節?型及逃避策?之關係;(三)探討未?目標訊息、自主性支持情境對動機調節?型之交互作用;(四)探討未?目標訊息、自主性支持情境對逃避策?之交互作用。藉由這些影響因素與條件的探討,本研究將提出改善之方法,進一步幫助提升學生的學習動機。本研究將在台中縣市抽取高職學校8個班級共360位學生為研究對象,採準實驗方法,研究工具包含教室自主性、動機調節?型?表及逃避策??表等
    Effects of Future Goal and Autonomy-Supportive Context on Motivation Regulation and Avoiding Strategy of Vocational High School Students Achievement goal is currently most common used to explain students’ achievement motivation and learning behaviors. In addition, researchers have also indicated that future goal and self-determination are important for students’ motivation and learning. In particular, vocational high school students can improve their learning from instructors who can tell the connection and value between current assignments and future goal. Further, students can become self-determinate learners. In addition, how does autonomy-supportive context affect on motivation regulations and avoiding strategies. By way of understanding the cause effect of above variables, it hopes that can help researcher to comprehend and improve the vocational high school students’ motivation and learning behaviors. Based on above of these, the purpose of this study will investigate: (1) the relations among future goals, motivation regulations and avoiding strategies, (2) the relations among autonomy-supportive context , motivation regulations and avoiding strategies, (3) the interaction effects of future goals and autonomy-supportive context on motivation regulations , (4) the interaction effects of future goals and autonomy-supportive context on avoiding strategies. Based on the results of this study, the researcher will provide some suggestions for teachers and students in order to improve their learning and achievement. Three hundred sixty students will participate in this study from 8 vocational high schools’ classes. Questionnaire will be used in this study. The instruments will include: Learning Climate Questionnaire, Motivation Regulation Scale, and Avoiding Strategy Scale.
