    Title: 微型家庭協力廠的發展與資源優勢 - 台灣工具機企業的個案研究

    Abstract: 在金融海嘯引發的全球不景氣之下,傳統產業比科技業更能承受打擊,逐步取代高科技業成為國內產業的主軸。傳統產業在台灣國內經濟建設的進程中,擔當極具份量的角色,其中又以工具機製造業的成長最為顯著。然而,台灣工具機產業主要以中小企業為主,長期以?,「家庭即工廠」的家庭式企業所創造出的經濟奇蹟,帶動?我國過去40??的經濟發展。可見台灣微型家庭企業所占比例較高,並有其重要性。但卻甚少研究以協力廠的觀點探討協力互動關係,以及微型家庭協力廠的資源優勢。本研究旨在釐清微型企業(協力廠)發展過程與資源累積的互動關係,洞察微型企業的社會性特質,以及探討微型家庭企業如何運用社會性特質所呈現的資源優勢。先彙整微型企業相關定義,以及資源、交易成本的相關文獻與競爭力之關聯,推論出微型家庭協力廠資源獲取的分析架構和研究命題。再以工具機領導廠商中屬微型家庭的協力廠商做個案研究,經由微型家庭協力廠的發展歷程,分析企業具競爭力之資源優勢。實證結果發現企業內部的資源亦是企業具競爭力之重要因素,透過活用內部的資源,不僅能提升企業內部成長,亦可間接影響外部資源的發展,在相互影響下,使企業在內部及外部皆獲得提升,使得微型家庭企業在競爭激烈的產業環境下,仍占有一席之地。台灣微型家庭企業在探討成功因素時,應先瞭解資源來自於「自我能力」及「與外部資源建立能力」的提升,就可以將自我能力轉化成「自我優勢」,並在其他企業競爭中脫穎而出。
    Under a global depression triggered by financial tsunami, conventional industries are more bearable during hardships, and therefore has become the spindle of domestic industries. In the progress of economical development in Taiwan, conventional industries play a very important role, especially the advance of machine tool manufacturing. However, small and medium-sized enterprises are the primary machine tool manufacturing in Taiwan. For a long time, the financial miracle built by household enterprises known as “factories-at-home” has been the promoter of Taiwan economic advancement in the past forty years. Thus it can be seen that micro-household-enterprises get the highest percentage, and has its own importance in Taiwan industry, but there are few studies discussing their interaction from the subcontractors’ point of view, and the advantages of resource in micro-household-enterprises. Basic on above mentioned, this study will figure out the interaction between micro- enterprises (i.e. supplier) during development and accumulating resource, observe the socialization characters of micro-enterprises, and discuss how micro-household-enterprises use their socialization characters to gain resource advantages and promote competitive strength. To begin with collecting the definitions about micro-enterprises, related documents about resources and transaction costs, then deeply study the relation with competitive strength, infer the study thesis and the framework for analysis of how micro-household- enterprises gain resources. Afterward, start a case study on micro-household-enterprises which is one of the leading machine tool companies. Base on the development progress of the micro-household-enterprise (i.e. supplier), analyze the resource advantages that give the company competitive strength. The gaining of resources sometimes can be a stepping-stone for company development, but sometimes also a stumbling stone; however, how micro- household-enterprises flexibly apply resources, is the key to remain competitive strength in this industry.The results of this research find that interior resources in a company are also the important factor to gain competitive strength. By flexibly apply the interior resources, a company not only promote its interior advance, but also indirectly influence the development of exterior resources. Interior and exterior resources promote a company to develop inward and outward, let the micro-household-enterprises to have a place in the fierce competition between industries. While Taiwan’s micro-household-enterprises looking for success factors, first they should know is that resources come from the promotion of “interior ability” and “the ability to gain exterior resources”, and therefore one can transform its interior ability into “interior advantage”, and be able to compete with other companies.
