Abstract:	本計畫將合成六種含XPRK 及聚口比咯(polyamide)多月太，並以DNase I 足跡法來研究其對DNA 序列的專一性。我們將以一條5』-32P-標記之158-mer 的Watson fragment 及互補的135-mer Crick fragment 來作定量足跡法，用以研究多月太對 DNA 的立體化學雙結合模式(bidentate interaction) 及單結合模式(single interaction)。此項研究將進一步探討多月太對DNA 序列專一性結合的立體化學基礎。
