    摘要: 課室目標結構與高職學生之心理需求、動機類型及學習行為之關係成就目標理論所提出之觀點是目前最普遍被應用來瞭解學生的學習動機與學習行為,但研究也指出自我決定論與學習行為的重要性,特別是在改善高職學生的學習上,學習開始可能是無動機或是外在的因素,但學習會有內化調節的歷程,成為具有內在動機的學習者。因此,探討課室情境因素,同時考量情境中的心理需求,此些方面如何影響學生的動機類型及學習行為。探討上述因素(課室目標結構、心理需求,動機類型與學習行為)彼此間之關係,做為瞭解、改善及調整高職學生個人之學習動機與學習行為,以及提供學習由外在控制到內在自主性的調節的機會。基於上述,本研究的主要目的有四:(一)探討高職學生知覺不同課室目標結構在心理需求、動機類型與學習行為的差異情形;(二)探討課室目標結構對心理需求、動機類型及學習行為之預測情形;(三)探討課室目標結構、心理需求及動機類型對學習行為之預測情形;(四)驗證本研究所提出的因果結構模式。藉由這些影響因素與條件的探討,本研究將提出改善之方法,進一步幫助提升學生的學習動機。本研究將在中、南部縣市抽取16所高職學校、32個班級共1280位學生為研究對象,採問卷調查方法,研究工具包含課室結構目標量表、心理需求量表、動機類型量表及學習行為量表等。
    Regulation, and Learning Behaviors of Vocational High School Students Achievement goal is currently most common used to explain students』 achievement motivation and learning behaviors. In addition, researchers have indicated self-determination is important for students』 motivation and learning. In particular, Vocational high school students are initiated more belonged to amotivation or external motivation. Although, students can regulation their learning form amotivation to intrinsic during learning process. Therefore, it should consider classroom learning situation in order to have better understanding Vocational high school students』 psychological need , regulation motivation and learning behaviors . By way of understanding of the relations of goal structure, psychological need, regulation , and learning behaviors, it hope that can help us to understand or improve the vocational high school students』 learning. Based on above of these, the purpose of this study is to investigate: (1) the differences among goal structure on psychological need, regulation motivation, and learning behaviors, (2) the predictions between goal structure on psychological need, regulation motivation and learning behaviors, respectively, (3) the predictions among goal structure, psychological need, and regulation on learning behaviors , and (4) to testify the model of structure of these variables . Based on the results of this study, the author will provide some suggestions for teachers and students in order to improve their learning and achievement. The participants will have 1280 students from 16 vocational high schools and 32 classes. Questionnaire will be used in this study. The instruments will include: Goal Structure Scale, Psychological Need , Regulation Motivation , and Learning Behaviors Scale.
