    Abstract: 現今科技發展日新月異且產業競爭激烈,導致產品生產時程的縮短,趨向於客制化的需求,使得設計師如何在有限的時間裡,處理所需要的資訊與方法,並能設計出符合使用者所需求的產品,且能專利迴避進而避免侵權。 本研究針對從創意到概念視覺化的方法探討,並藉由教育學上的鷹架作用之概念,結合KANO問卷、QFD方法、TRIZ理論與共感力的分析,作為產品開發的多重鷹架結構,完成開發創新產品模式,由此產生從創意到產品視覺化的想法,找出創意與產業策略之中的平衡點,完成真正創新產品的具體實現。 最後本研究以鷹架理論為架構,以商標印刷機的改良為案例,進而提高產品機台工作效率與提升印刷品質,並輔以商標設計之共感力的分析驗證,將理論與實務結合,以印證本研究所提出之動態鷹架創新產品設計流程之可行性。
    Recently, rapid advancement in technology and the highly competitive industry, leads to shortern production time, achieves the customized products. It also leads the designer in the limited time, handles the information and methods needed, and can design to match the user demanded product, and avoid an infringement. This research is from creative concepts to visual method discussion. By the concept of pedagogical scaffolding, combines the KANO questionnaire, QFD method, TRIZ theory and common sense analysis, as products development of multi-scaffolding structure, completes development innovation products mode. It generates ideas from the creativity to the product vision idea, find out the point of balance among the creativity and industry strategy, so that the concrete realization of the truly innovative products. Finally, the research on the instructional scaffolding framework to improved as a case of trademark printing machine, then raise product machine set working efficiency with promote printing quality, and assist with the analysis identification of common sense of trademark design, to combine theory and practice, will verify this research institute to propose feasibility of the dynamic scaffolding innovation product design flow.
