本研究主要是探討大學生「個人宗教性」對「助人行為」與「真實快樂」的研究,本研究的問卷主要是依據本研究的目的參考相關文獻而成。研究工具區分為四個部分,第一個部分是真實的快樂,是以駱月絹(2005)編製之問卷。第二部分是助人行為的部分,由De Conciliis(1993)發展出來所編製的「利社會行為量表」(Prosocial Behavior Inventory)。第三個部分是個人宗教性的部分,主要是以宋文里、李亦園(1987)所建構與發展出來的「個人宗教性量表」及陳美琴(2001)所建構與發展出來的「信仰成熟度量表」等四份問卷為研究工具。 正式樣本是以中部十所大學校院,共550位大學一年級新生施測,有效問卷423份。本研究結果個人宗教性對助人行為與真實快樂有正相關,也就是說透過個人宗教性、信仰成熟度的發揮與助人行為的實踐可以獲得真實的快樂。綜合以上,本研究的結果為:一、大學新生不同背景變項在個人宗教性對助人行為與真實快樂有顯著差異。二、大學新生個人宗教性與助人行為有正向相關。三、大學新生的助人行為與真實快樂有正向相關。 根據以上之研究結果,研究者提出幾項具體可行之建議,以供國內外相關研究之參考。 The main purpose of this research is to fine out the correlation among Religiosity, Authentic Happiness, and Altruistic Behaviors of College Freshmen. The design of the questionaires were mainly based on the researcher’s purpose and related literatures. There are four research instruments: the first one is“Authentic Happiness”by Lo Yueh- Jen (2005); the second one is“Prosocial Behavior Inventory”by De Conciliis (1993); the third one is“Religiosity Inventory”designed by Soong Wea-Li, Li Yih-Yuen(1987)and the fourth one is “Faith Maturity scale” by Chen Mei-Chin (2001). A sample of 550 freshmen from various universities in central Taiwan is collected, Four hundred and twenty three of the valid. According to this research, religiosity is a positive factor to authentic happiness, that is, by religiosity and faith maturity and helping behaviors, one may obtain authentic happiness. The results of this research are:1. Various background of College Freshmen makes obvious difference on the scores of religiosity and altruistic behaviors by helping others and authentic happiness.2. The correlation between College Freshmen’s Religiosity and Altruistic Behaviors is positive.3. The correlation between College Freshmen’s Altruistic Behaviors and Authentic Happiness is positive.Based on these results, concrete suggestions were proposed for further research and practice.Key words: Authentic Happiness, Religiosity, Faith Maturity, Altruistic Behaaviors
