Abstract: | 在高使用?的運輸場站中,如何提高民眾乘?安全又有效?是備受重視的議題;其中包括緊急的逃生、?站內設備的使用評價及指標動線規劃等。這意謂我們必須重視可提高民眾乘??動的支持物件存在;而場站內情報資訊物件是為最直接支援乘??為的物件之一,它?僅關係到民眾有效?的從事購票、等待?為的展開,也關係到整體乘??為的掌握,?應被審慎的考慮及重視。整?調查對象範圍及必要資訊後,透過「乘??為觀察紀?」,以觀察法(structured observation)配合?為註記圖(Behavioral Mapping)的紀?方式,紀?民眾實際的乘?過程,對?動特徵、情報資訊物件使用等情況。進?初步?解;再以「?為觀察實驗」進?對?站無經驗者,進?實驗紀?及訪談(structured interview),?解在無經驗?態下,乘??為過程之情況。?站週遭環境及?客?動特性,因地區?同而有所變化,經調查發現情報資訊物件的使用?及機能性,也會因人的?動特性、乘?經驗?同,而有所差?;而資訊情報物件因其設置位置及內容表現方式,都影響?乘??為。在?同的場所中,除須重視資訊內容的辨??解效果外,亦須考?民眾乘??為特性加以設計。 In transportation terminals with high utility rate, how to heighten the ride safety and efficiency for passenger, includes emergency exits, the utility evaluation of station interior facilities and indicators, is a great issue. It means supporting objects which could improve the ride- ship have to be emphasized, and the information objects setting in transit station is the most direct way for it. Not only because of supporting the passenger to deal with tickets purchasing and waiting behavior in more efficient way, the information objects also have enormous influence in taking control of entire rideship, therefore, it should be made more noticeable. After organized the necessary information of investigation subjects, through adopting the method “structured observation”, which cooperated with behavioral mapping, to record the process of passengers while riding. To details behavior characters of the subjects, utilization of information objects as the first step. Then process “experimental investigation”, with taking experiments and structured interview to the subjects, which have no experience, to realize the procedure under inexperienced situation. Surrounding of transit station and behavior characters of inhabitants would change with different region; hence the utility rate and functionality would change with different behavior characters of inhabitants as well. In this study, consequently, would like to understand the relationship between information objects and riding behaviors, lay emphasis on the information objects, which should be both considered the identification display of information content and design based on the characters of passenger riding behaviors. |
