    Abstract: 四氫?喃(THF)它是一種重要的化工原料及性能優良的溶劑,除了廣泛用於表面塗料、防腐塗料、印刷油墨和薄膜塗料的溶劑外,THF本身聚合成聚四氫?喃(PTMEG),用來製造彈性纖維。由於四氫?喃(THF)擁有廣泛用途,且生產之產品也具有經濟價值,因此,越受工業界所關注。本論文使用共沉澱法製備不同莫耳比的ZrO2-Al2O3觸媒、SiO2-Al2O3觸媒並探討此些觸媒催化1,4-丁二醇(BDO)脫水反應產生四氫?喃的性能。ZrO2-Al2O3觸媒催化1,4-丁二醇(BDO)脫水反應的最佳莫耳比為1:1,該觸媒0.4g在240?C下進行催化反應9hr,四氫?喃產率可達90.06%。而SiO2-Al2O3觸媒催化的最佳莫耳比為1:3,該觸媒在240?C下進行催化反應9hr,四氫?喃產率可達96.41%。我們利用X射線繞射儀(XRD)、傅立葉轉換紅外線光譜儀(FTIR)、熱場發射掃描式電子顯微鏡(TFSEM)、熱重分析儀(TGA)、表面積與孔洞分析儀(BET)、能量散射光譜儀(EDS)對混合雙金屬氧化物觸媒作特性分析,並探討脫水反應之活性和觸媒酸性之間關聯性。
    Tetrahydrofuran(THF) is a valuable industrial chemical and is a good solvent with exceptional function. It is not only widely used on solvent for surface paint, anticorrosive paint, printing ink, and film paint, but also can be used to produce polytetramethylene-ether-glycol(PTMEG). PTMEG is used to produce polyurethane elastane fiber. Tetrahydrofuran (THF) has extensive use, and its products also have high economic values. Therefore, it is much more concerned by the industrial sector.This thesis, uses coprecipitation method to prepare ZrO2-Al2O3 catalysts, and SiO2-Al2O3 catalysts for catalyzing 1,4 - butanediol (BDO) dehydration reaction to produce tetrahydrofuran. ZrO2-Al2O3 catalysts with Zr/Al atomic of 1/1 has the best performance for catalyzing BDO dehydration (at 0.4g catalyst,240?C,and 9hr, tetrahydrofuran yield is 90.06%). SiO2-Al2O3 catalyst with a Si/Al atomic ratio of 1/3 has the best catalytic performance (at 0.4g catalyst,240?C,and 9hr, tetrahydrofuran yield is 96.41%).We used XRD、FTIR、TFSEM、TGA、BET and EDS to characterise the mixed metal oxide catalysts. The correlation between dehydration activity and catalyst acidic properties were investigated.
