    摘要: 現今世界各地興起一波創業浪潮,人們開始改變工作意識,由就業逐漸轉向創業,甚至將創業視為一種生活方式,但創業是否可以被教育,這個議題對每個人各執己見,有人認為創業是天生,但也有人認為創業是可以經由教育的方式產生,隨著學者對創業領域之研究,逐漸開始將創業發展成為一門學科,且各國高等教育機構紛紛設立創業課程,已證實創業是可以經由教育的方式學習。至於創業如何透過教育傳遞給學生,國內外創業教育課程皆以能力(Competencies)為導向,藉由創業課程訓練學生具備創業能力,因此具備什麼樣的能力才能稱得上是位創業家,為本研究之研究目的。經由上述之原因,本研究以系統化的觀點提出創業能力培育模型,以評估學生經過創業課程訓練後,了解學習成效。並藉由個案分析方式驗證此方法,希望能協助創業課程更有效率地提升學生創業能力,落實因材施教之概念。本研究提出創業能力培育模型,先以文獻探討的方式蒐集有關創業家應具備之創業能力,建構出創業能力表,藉由分析創業家傳記,以篩選出核心創業能力,且將核心創業能力區隔為必備能力及優勢能力,其必備能力如同創業門檻,而優勢能力則為創業過程應讓學生強化之學習標的,最後形成創業能力培育模型。研究結果顯示,透過研究者參與個案創業課程進行紀錄及分析,整合課程內容例如實作項目、學生心得、教師評語,透過訪談學生比對及驗證。反映出,區隔創業能力為必備能力及優勢能力,有助於辨識學生與創業課程之間的關係,且課程以創業能力的方式設計能培育學生提升,可被強化的創業精神與技能。
    Following the rising of innovation and entrepreneurship, people from all over the world has begun to change their work conscious and take the self-employment. Even they regard the entrepreneurship as a way of life. However, people have many different opinions whether entrepreneurs can be taught or not. Some people think entrepreneurs are innate, and the others think they can be trained by education. According to the research in the field of entrepreneurship, it began to develop as a subject. In addition, the higher educational institutions have set up entrepreneurship program worldwide. It proves entrepreneurship can be learned by education. How do students learn entrepreneurship through education? Based on competence theory, students are educated and trained by entrepreneurship program at home and abroad. The main purpose of this study was to investigate what kind of competence an entrepreneur should have.This study used systematic viewpoints to propose the breeding model of entrepreneurship to evaluate learning effects after students participated in entrepreneurship program. With the use of case analysis, this model can make entrepreneurship programs more effectively and enhance students’ entrepreneurial competence. Furthermore, students are taught according to their aptitude. The breeding model of entrepreneurship was presented as the following steps. First, create entrepreneurial competence table after collecting literature reviews. Second, choose entrepreneurship core competence by analyzing entrepreneur biography. Third, distinguish necessary competence and strength competence from entrepreneurship core competences. The necessary competence was listed as entrepreneurial requirement and the strength competence focused on the entrepreneurial process of learning. At last, form the breeding model of entrepreneurship. The results have shown that, through records and analyses from the researcher’s participation in the entrepreneurship course as well as the integration of course contents (e.g., practicum, students’ reflections, teacher’s comments) and through interview with students, differentiating entrepreneurship as essential competences and advantageous competences helped identify the relationship between students and entrepreneurship courses. in addition, coursed designed in the form of entrepreneurship cultivated students to enhance and strengthen their entrepreneurship and relevant skills.
