本研究以質性研究方式針對目前臺灣創新創業園區之建構，透過個案分析及專家深度訪談的手法去探討創新創業園區的成功模式，個案研究將以草悟創業坊作為分析對象。因為草悟創業坊母公司有專業4G寬頻網路技術背景，在經濟部工業局及資策會指導下，結合台中泛特喜的微創文化企業所組成的草悟道O2O智慧型商圈，再輔以台中知名大學專家教授的各項專長，如此結合產、官、學有別於一般創新創業園區之建置。透過草悟創業坊的個案分析及專業顧問深度訪談，研究生找出幾個創新創業園區的成功因素：1.正規經營並有專業技術當後盾的民營企業在創新育成事業上，對創新創業團隊有實質的幫助。2.建置實驗並俱示範效果的O2O 智慧型商圈，在創新育成領域上能做市場區隔，並能給創新創業團隊帶來實質經驗效益。3.透過以創新創業為主題性的創意競賽，有效把創新創業園區行銷出去，也有效催生新創團隊。 In this paper, the author tries to discuss the successful mode of innovation and innovation park by means of case analysis and expert depth interview.
