Abstract: | 根據全球、美國、中國、台灣產業之概況,發現家具產業在各國之國人需求性逐漸增加,以及台灣的家具整體品質比中國大陸好、價格也比美國家具業者較低價,再加上環境的變遷,使許多消費者開始重視美觀、功能、風格、環保性,導致家具產業開始走向了「個人化」與「定制化」之服務,同時,促進客製化家具走向了家具市場之中,進而導致家具行業開始進行轉型與改變。在轉型與改變過程中,家具產業中並產生了「系統櫥櫃」一名詞。進而推動我國居家裝修方式往系統化之裝修進行發展,根據經濟部統計處最新統計資料,臺灣家具行業工廠量從2012年的1,083家至2017年的1,348家,增長率為24.4%,同時,統計資料顯示負責經營家具工廠性別比例分別為:2012年是由826位男性分別負責經營,女性則是由267位負責經營,至2015年男性人數攀升到由922位負責經營,女性則是由301位負責經營。因此,本研究將以女性所經營的家具個案公司進行個案探討,在眾多男性經營的家具行業市場,女性經營公司的方式與理念,以及個案公司產品和其他產品之差異性。個案公司以客為尊和以人為本的服務之理念,並秉持著誠信經營、品質控管、服務優先、口碑效果四項理念來進行管理及為顧客提供服務,而在眾多男性的市場,女性必須要比男性更加的有魄力及細膩,並為每項作業流程進行把關與控管,讓產品能夠如期的安裝完成。而個案公司產品與其他產品之差異在於,造型、風格、設計、安裝系統櫃方式等,每項工程與作品都會由個案公司專員特別設計。 According to the global, US, Chinese, and Taiwan, it is found that the demand for furniture industry in countries is increasing, and the quality of Taiwanese furniture is better than that of mainland China.
