本研究旨在從二手汽車商產業來看,以個案B公司為案例。從汽車產業概況開始說起,分別介紹美國、中國、台灣目前產業現狀,之後再比較與個案公司同性質相關的兩家甲和乙公司轉型前後差異,再回到個案B公司簡介和經營理念與價值,還有積極改善制度管理項目,再介紹個案公司對顧客的作業流程,並對個案公司進行4P分析和SWOT分析,了解個案B公司的優缺點,能夠使未來個案B公司能再擴大營運規模,透過本研究個案分析也可以提供國內相關二手汽車商同業參考個案成功的心得。 The purpose of this study is to look at the case of the second-hand auto dealer industry. Starting from the overview of the automobile industry, we will introduce the current industrial status of the United States, China, and Taiwan, and then compare the differences between the two companies A and B, which are related to the case company, and then return to the case B company profile and business philosophy. Value, as well as actively improve the system management project, introduce the case company's customer-to-customer operation process, and conduct 4P analysis and SWOT analysis on the case company to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the case B company, which will enable the future case B company to expand its operation scale. Through the case study of this study, we can also provide a successful experience of relevant domestic second-hand car dealers' reference cases.
