摘要:	半導體產業是台灣電子產業最重要的支柱，由於近年高科技半導體產業的蓬勃發展及不斷創新，不但造就了產業快速成長及科技人才就業機會而且也帶給人類生活的多樣便利性，但卻不知此產業背後和人類發展息息相關的三大面向－環境、經濟、社會彼此有因果關係和連動性。工研院產業趨勢與經濟研究中心（IEK）統計，2018年台灣半導體產業鏈產值達新台幣2.62兆，穩定成長6.4%，總IC產值占全球排名第三，具有重要地位。面對迎面而來的物聯網時代，5G、AI人工智慧、高效能運算、車用等相關新興半導體應用，尤其在中美對抗的貿易新局中，半導體業更占有一席的地位。　　本研究主要目的是針對半導體上、中、下游產業的公司如何依企業社會責任因應全球永續標準作為資訊揭露的基礎。經由實質的研究來分析半導體產業是否認同與支持聯合國永續發展目標（Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs），且透過企業社會責任報告書，全面檢視 SDGs 與不同產業鏈公司營運的關聯性。 The Semiconductor industry is the most important backbone of electronic industry of Taiwan. Due to recent high tech. semiconductor industry flourishes in business and keep on innovating, it is not only making the industry to grow at fast pace and creating job opportunities for technology talents, but also bring various convenience to human life. No one knows about the three major items for story behind this industry and human development related. These items represent ‘Environment’, ‘Economy’ and ‘Society’ which involve cause/effect relationship and interrelationship. The government research institution of Taiwan (IEK) stated that Taiwan semiconductor industry chain in year 2018 has total gross of 2.62 trillion and 6.4% of steady growth. The industry is considered to be in an important position since the overall IC production value was ranking 3rd place worldwide. To face the upcoming IoT generation, 5G, AI, high speed computing, and automotive related new IC applications, the industry has to play an important role especially during the recent China-U.S. trade war.The main purpose of this study is to conduct research on upstream / midstream / downstream companies of semiconductor industry chain and confirm how they response to sustainable goals as the basis for information exposure. Thru the solid research to analysis if semiconductor industry comply with SDGs and should overall review SDGs with the linkage between operations of different industry chain.
