父母的教師專業對其子女之教育期望、教養態度與教育選擇的影響情形摘要現今教育環境變遷與教育改革趨向多元發展,但是台灣的升學環境還是讓許多父母,不論社經地位與背景高低,都把提供良好的教育當作是為人父母者,最重要的責任之一。而身在教育現場的教師們,他們的教育專業再加上面對多數家庭教養的經驗,當他們在面臨自己子女的教育問題與學校選擇時,教師的專業與資源如何交互影響。 本研究以質性方法,透過深度訪談,研究國中小教師對其子女之教育期望、教養態度與教育選擇的影響情形。教師們的教育期望:其一,是他們的教學體悟與自我要求影響重視子女品格教育;其二,教學專業的成長與學生真實的回饋影響重視人際、群我的關係;其三,教學專業的自信影響對子女的要求重視於嚴謹的處世態度上。而教師的教育專業知識與經驗的融合,對於與子女間互動和教養方法上提供很大的助力,而教育資源則提供對子女教養的幫助。至於學校選擇以重視生活管理、品德教育、教師素質、學校特色等相關因素 Abstract Education has always been valued in civilized society. Despite the changing of enviornment and the pluralism of educational reformation, parents in Taiwan regard providing good education as a important responsibility, no matter they are in which social status and background. As for the teachers who are on the site of the education,with their educational specialties and the experiences facing many families, how teachers’ specialties influence with resources when they are facing their own children’s educational problems. The research adoped qualitative interview to study the impact of junior high teachers’ educational specialties on their children’s educational expectation, parenting attitudes, and school choices. For teachers’ educational expectation: First, their teaching comprehension and self-requiremant affect children’s moral educational; Second, the growing of educational specialties and students’ truly feedback affect interpersonal, self and group relationship; Third, self-confidence of educational specialties affects the demand of childrens’ rigorious attitudes. Also, the merge of teachers’ educational specialties and experience make parenting attitudes have comprehensive aspects. In this study. We identfied that their own educational pratice has great help to the interaction with children and parenting way, and educational resources provide assistances to children’s education then.
