本研究以分析心跳資料為主題,由健康人與鬱血性心衰竭病人兩組樣本作為對照,利用頻譜分析與其他統計方法比較兩者之間差異。 研究共收集24名受測者實證資料,將原始資料涵蓋間隔時間轉換為單位時間內發生次數進行分析,首先以基本統計量了解資料相關型態,再以頻譜分析之頻譜圖了解兩族群之間差異性,最後利用Variance-Time-Curve將心跳發生次數變異數以圖形呈現,進而求得各VTC指數,將其以統計方法檢定是否可以區分兩組樣本的不同,對實證分析結果進行評估。 經由實證分析發現,頻譜分析之頻譜圖可有效顯示兩族群不同,而VTC指數檢定結果接近顯著,因此還是可以藉由分析結果區分健康人與鬱血性心衰竭病人兩者之差異。 In this study, we focus on the analysis of heart rate data. Two groups of healthy people and patients with congestive heart failure, respectively, were used as samples. The differences between the two groups were analyzed by spectral analysis and other statistical methods. We collected a total of 24 subjects' heartbeat data, and converted the original data interval into the number of occurrences in fixed time windows. First, the basic statistics were used to understand the data-related patterns, and then the spectral analysis was used to understand the differences between the two groups. Finally, Variance-Time-Curve were need to graphically present the number of heartbeat variability, and then obtain each VTC index, and determine whether it can distinguish the difference between the two groups by statistical methods, and evaluate the empirical analysis results. Through empirical analysis, it is found that the spectral analysis can effectively show the difference between the two groups. The VTC index test results are close to being statistically significant. It is still possible to distinguish the difference between healthy people and patients with congestive heart failure by analyzing the results.
