在當今的年代裡,表演藝術文化以及演藝團隊已經開始漸漸的興起,而在這團隊中也必須要有個能夠掌控整體進度以及時間規劃的人,使得戲劇得以持續順利的進行。本技術報告旨在探討一個團隊的舞台監督之整體演出作業及規劃,並分為前、中、後三種工作階段時期來做報告敘述。 本報告依據個人實際參與的經歷來進行資料的收集與撰寫,也藉由此次機會來完整了解舞台監督的實際工作內容與狀況,並依照個人實作經驗來做技術分析與論述。經過實際的參與之後,得知許多新手舞台監督在接收到案子之後,並不知道該如何開始進行前期工作以及準備事項,導致後續的進場演出工作執行有所混亂,以及在演出中發生問題時,缺乏了緊急應變能力;主要困境為沒有做好完整的時間規劃、團隊上的溝通以及專業的實作教育。 Nowadays, the culture of performing arts and the groups of performing arts have begun to rise / increase gradually. When a performance group is creating its work, there must be a person in charge of the overall progress and time planning, so that their work can develop smoothly. This technical report aims to explore the different phases in a production’s stage supervision when it is being created: the early stage, the middle stage, and the final stage.This report's data is based on the experience of the author’s actual participation in a theatrical production. It depicts a stage manager’s on-spot work content and his status of being the stage supervisor, and also portrays the technical analysis and discussions related to that particular production according to the author’s personal experience. After the actual participation, it was learned that many new stage managers did not know how to prepare for the production they had joined, and this would certainly lead to confusion and frustration. Therefore, the author concludes that a new or inexperienced stage manager should always try to cooperate with experienced professionals or teams, and better guidance should be provided by performance venues as well.
